The townhouse was well equipped with everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The walk to beach wasn’t very far but we chose to go to Fort Clinch State Park. It needed some updating but other than that, we really liked it.

The place has everything we needed and close to beach and other activities. Nice amenities at the resort itself also. The rain didn’t stop the fun we had there!

We had a situation come up that required a very short notice need for a rental. So happy we found this- accommodated our needs perfectly. Communication was excellent and instructions/directions were very clear/easy to follow. Thank you for a great stay!

We loved this property. It was in a nice, friendly community with a short walk to the beach. It was clean and spacious for our needs. We had a minor issue with our toaster and within an hour we had a new toaster .What more could you ask for.

This was an excellent condo unit just right for the six of us. TVs in each bedroom, great platform beds, a well appointed but small kitchen and easy access to everything that Fernandina Beach offers. We will be back next year.

House was super clean. Great location near the ocean. Very quiet neighborhood as well as quiet unit (never heard any noise from neighbors). We’ll be back next year!

This is my second time staying at this property and will definite book again.

It was not as good as the pictures showed. I will not stay there again.

The house is prettier than the pictures show and it was super clean. The beach is just a 5 min walk away and it was beautiful, we found lots of shark teeth. Great place !

Interior was comfortable and functional. Parking was fine, the townhouse development was attractive though locating the unit was not straightforward, only because the listing didn't refer to the building alpha code. Much closer to the beach access than described in the listing; just a 5-min. walk.

Clean and well appointed townhouse, beautifully furnished and decorated. The hosts are responsive but not at all intrusive. Great value.

Let me start by saying we vacation frequently throughout the year. So, we've stayed in Condos, houses, cabins, etc of all sorts. This condo is not the newest or fanciest place we have ever stay, but it is by far the best we have ever been to. The location is awesome. Just a very short walk to the pool which is very nice and the landscaping is gorgeous! The condo itself was immaculately clean when we arrived. There are plenty of towels, dishes, and great appliances. The beach is only a short drive away or you could walk. We chose to drive as we had small children in our party. The absolute best thing about this condo are the beds!! Omg the mattresses are amazing!! My husband and I literally had to drag ourselves out of bed every morning! This will be our new go to Condo in Fernandina!

This was our first visit to Amelia Island and it was perfect! This property is close to the pool, beach, parks, and yummy food. When needed for questions, management was super quick to reply and always making sure we had what we needed. I would definitely recommend this property and Amelia Island.

This is our family’s second time staying at Forest Ridge. I highly recommend this place. It is walking distance to the beach, clean pool area, very nice and updated rooms.

This place was really great and dog friendly! We cooked in a lot because everything was closed during corona and the kitchen is loaded with everything you could need! Toilet paper, paper towels, and bath towels were provided. Overall very comfortable place! I would love to go back when pools and beaches are open!

This was a very quaint condo, however there were a few red flags that need to be brought to the property owners attention. The bath towels were absolutely horrendous, paper thin, and felt like they were from the 1960s. These towels should have been replaced three years ago. The bath mat was unwashed. There was no trash can in the upstairs bath and the trash can in the master bath was lined with a wrinkled Walmart bag. In addition, the tray that held the towels had dust and hair in it. The bed linens were beautiful and I have no complaints on the living and kitchen space. For this property to have such nit picky exit instructions, they need to have some attention to detail on their bath linens and tighten up on their bath cleanliness.

Beautifully decorated. Very clean and easy access to beach. Short drive or within walking distance to local nightlife. Very roomy for all 8 of us.

Unit was very nice and in a convenient location.

This property was somewhat clean ( bathrooms had a long way to go) and had the amenities as stated on the listing. However, no one warned us that the A/C would not be able to hold even 74 degrees. I know this is Florida, and the sun makes it hard on the units, but I have an epileptic daughter for whom being too warm at bedtime is a trigger. Had we known the condo would not be cool enough for her, we would have booked elsewhere. She did have a seizure, and in fact bruised her face badly on the wooden footboard. We had already complained about the air and were given the same instructions we'd already received. "Keep the walk in closet door shut upstairs" which we did, but that closet door actually had an improper latch on the door and so did come open on its own. There is actually a sign in the condo to not turn the air below 70 degrees. I believe this should be in the listing. Even saying that though, the air could not hold 70 degrees. It's unacceptable. Other than that our problem was our front door lock. The mechanism is stripped out so it doesn't catch most of the time. We actually left a day early because we couldn't get anyone to come out and fix it, so we were stuck in the condo with our dog. Someone did come as we were starting to load our vehicles, but all he did was turn the lock a bunch until it caught and say he didn't know why it wasn't working before. After he left, it, of course, went back to not working. We just left. This was my second attempt at staying in these condos. The first wasn't great either. I wouldn't recommend it.

This location is extremely well kept and very pleasant. I look forward to staying again!
