The room was spactious and it was nice to have a kitchen.

There was visible mould in several places and the bathroom smeled like sewege. it was advertised as having two dubble beds and a pullout couch but instead of a pullout there were futons whish you had to pay extera to use.

This place is close to three train stations, and a two bus stops. So we can get around Daegu easily. Seomun Market is close, also several businesses. Breakfast was good in this place. We had to cook our own eggs (except boiled eggs) and sandwiches, but there were choices. Kids loved the iced tea. The lady at the front desk was informing us about rain alerts etc so that we can plan our programs.

Restaurants are a bit far. Only very raditional restaurants are near by. They dont sell vegetarian food.

The communication overall is not very welcoming

It was simple and clean. The check in was easy. It's a good place for a few nights in daegu with some nice Cafés in walking distance.

Comfortable bed. Enough space for one person. Enough towels and water everyday. Very comfortable bed. Close to multiple bus stops and train stations. Downtown with many shops and restaurants is 15 minutes away.

The foyer and the room had a weird smell. Especially the bathroom. And the towels as well. After turning on the air conditioning it was better and I sprayed some perfume in the bathroom which made that bearable. To reach my room I was had to take the elevator to the third level, then go to the end of the hallway and take the stairs. Which was doable but with my luggage more inconvenient. Usually there was no one at the front desk.

The manager was responsive and seemed to want to help us at every turn. I would have given a better review if it weren't for the situation that transpired after I left with the double charge on the booking and the inability to contact the hotel manager in order to resolve.

This hotel charged me twice and is now unavailable for me to contact. I had booked 3 rooms (for myself and 2 colleagues for 5 nights) starting June 28. The booking was supposed to be open for cancellation up to 2 days before our arrival. But I was charged for the entire booking some 3 weeks before our arrival. I thought that I had provided my card simply to hold the room, not to be charged 3 weeks in advance. Then, I was charged a second time for the entire stay (3 rooms, 5 nights) on June 27. Originally, my colleagues were supposed to pay for their own rooms independently. Now I have a mess at work because I won't be reimbursed for their rooms. I'm angry that I was charged twice before our arrival, for the entire booking. I am now no longer able to contact the hotel manager about this because the reservation has disappeared from the booking.com web site. I will be disputing this double charge with my credit card company.

Convenient location to shops, subway, busses. Manager very helpful.

Lack of items added to breakfast.

The room was spacious and clean, although a little outdated. The bathroom was also big and had a huge mirror and small tub. The air con went down to 16°C which was fantastic during the Daegu summer heat!

The room had an unusable outlet next to one of the beds.

Ok hotel. Big bedroom and bathroom. Cleanliness was ok, and they let us in the room early, which was very nice.

Location is not so great. Plumbing in the bathroom is not done well. When using the sink, the water just flows over the floor. The smell in the lobby is awful.

Despite reading some negative reviews beforehand, I decided to give this hostel in Daegu a try, and I was pleasantly surprised. Although the bathroom was quite small and didn't have much space to shower, the mattress, bedding, and towels were all clean, and the overall cleanliness of the hostel was good. I was able to open the window to let in some fresh air and was pleased to find the hostel surprisingly quiet at night, despite its central location. The blackout curtains were a great addition, and the mini breakfast buffet offered a decent selection of food, including vegetarian options.

While the bathroom was small, I didn't find this to be a significant issue. The hostel also lacked a traditional hostel vibe, feeling more like a hotel or motel.

There were plenty of ammenities and the location was optimal. The staff helped us with moving rooms when we had an issue.

The cleanliness in our first room was not the best.

When taking a bath and unplugging it, the water kinda came out from under the bathtube and made the whole floor wet but other that all was good.

It’s an older building. My room didn’t look anything like the pictures and had lots of peeling paint, etc. The bed (like most Korean beds) was harder than I tend to like. They have an elevator but my room was tucked away up an extra flight of stairs so would not be handicap friendly.

Room was clean and had everything that you needed. It was a quiet location. Location was close to Seomun Market but further away from the downtown area.

Heating was still on so the room was too hot.

Spacious and nice bedroom with its own bathroom. Breakfast was included, and there was a self service area for food / snacks.

Felt very empty when we went there like we were the only ones and reception accessible mostly through messages only.

Room is ok for the price. especially for BTS ARMY because it is in walking distance of Min Yoongis Music academy BAS. It was warm (which is important in winter) and there was enough space.

The photos do not meet the reality. The room is ok for the price but it was plain and lacked sunlight. it was not cleaned properly because (even if the booking page said check in at 3PM was ok) at 4PM when I arrived the cleaning lady was still in the middle of it. So she hurried up, which made me feel sorry, but there was still hair from the previous guest in the bathroom and in the room. Also the holes in the bedsheets do not look very good. Also please update the breakfast hours. I had time on my last day before check out and I was in the lobby at 8.45 (sign says breakfast is until 9.30) but no one was there so I left and went to a cafe.
