Interior of hotel very modern and nice looking. Price very fair for convenient location and decent room. I liked the laundry steamer. Breakfast was good.

Bathroom towels for showering were small.

Everything else was good other than the lack of privacy and peacefulness at night.

The hotel should inform guests not to create disturbance into the early hours of the morning. Unable to sleep until 4am due to noisy next door guests.

The hotel is in the downtown of Daegu, which made it easy to get around. Also me and my friend could do the check-in a little bit earlier. The room was also big enough for me and my friend to spread our suitcases out.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. It is close to many shops, restaurants, night pubs and clubs and many stores. It's good for shopping. The lady who works at the reception was very friendly and helpful with my cancellations and refunds due to my change of plan.

A gentlemen who works at the reception could have been nicer. I understand that I have cancelled the booking twice due to sudden changes in my stay which I have apologized for and accepted any penalties applied. However, he said to me word by word "you have damaged the hotels, so next time you should consider carefully before making the booking". Ouch, penalties plus harsh words. However, their boss are very understanding and accommodating which I'm very thankful for. Will definitely stay there again.

Small breakfast selection.

We had a suite so I don’t know if it’s representative. But the suite was very nice. Breakfast was okay. You get scrambled eggs. Parking was under the hotel. Wifi was good. The staff spoke english.

This hotel is right in the downtown area, very clean, easy to check in and out, a smoking area and rooms are super clean. I would reccomend it to anyone who wants to travel to Daegu.

The check in time is crazy late: 6 pm!

Staff were extremely welcoming and did their best to accommodate our needs. Really close to Banwoldang station and various restaurants.

The Hotel's location was great, it was close to a variety of restaurants. The staff was kind and the rooms were much better than expected! They were fully equipped and very comfortable! We felt like staying longer, surely we will be back. Totally recommended!

Unfortunately, even if our booking included breakfast, that day breakfast was not available. Probably it was due to covid-19 measures or due to national holidays.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was wonderful in every aspect. We happen to go there during Seollal so the cafeteria was closed so they offered to give us some cereal and fruit and they refunded our breakfast money without any issues. The room had a great size, the bed was comfortable, it was clean and the location could not be better. Right in the heart of downtown.

Excellent location! Room was nice and clean access to netflix too! Breakfast was a mini buffet with eggs and salad not a huge selection but was nice

The rooms were not sound proof so you could hear people around. Also was a lot of the cleaning bags left on the stairs or corridors so had to maneuver around them.
