Great location across the road from the old town and less than 5 minutes walking to anything you’d want to see. very good breakfast and very friendly staff.

Fantastic location less than a minute walk from the centre of Old Town… yet quiet rooms. Very clean modern spacious stylish. Nice bar/breakfast area. Breakfast is varied and good value, and decent quality. staff very friendly and very very helpful and attentive. Room service daily and excellent.

the only minor complaint, and which is why we gave 9/10 for comfort is the mattresses. They are a bit too hard for our liking.

Everything is fine at Sana Hotel. Excellent position so close by main area, old quarter, full of shops, bar and restaurant. Breakfast was very good with cold and hot morning dishes. Staff friendly and room a little bit tiny but clean with all amenities. In Sarajevo with no doubt the best choice for everyone wants discover and enjoy the city.

First of all, the location of the hotel is incredibly beautiful. I went everywhere just by walking. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to get help from the friendly staff at the reception. The rooms are wonderfully designed. It is a hotel with spacious rooms that meet the standards. As a hotelier, I loved it. Cleaning was great. I strongly recommend the breakfast, it has fresh and hot products. It would not be wrong to say that it is the best hotel in Sarajeva. I recommend to all friends.

Frankly, I'm also curious about the dinner service of such a hotel. but I think it's not because of demand.

It was hot in Winter which is beautiful. And the location was perfect.

Location was perfect, everything was really close. People was so nice and helpful about everything. They suggessted all the good things to do and eat around.

Breakfast was not good for a 4 star hotel. It really should be way more good for that price.

Parking unavailable; hotel staff was disturbing us every few hours to move car from the original parking place- we went to Sarajevo for vacation! The staff was unkind. At the end we needed to pay 20€ for “our parking place”.

For a hotel of this standard, I'd expect a complimentary bottle of water and other amenities to prepare coffee/tea in the room.

Great location right next to the old town

The location is just 1 minute walk to the streets of the oldtown sarajevo, however its on a super busy street and a bit difficult & very small for can/van to park infront. The bed is very comfortable but the room & bathroom are rather small. The breakfast had very good selections like any great 4 star hotels in Balkans. The staff are very efficient and friendly.

We stayed there on 8 November and its was very cold outside but inside the room is very warm, we had to open the window a bit at night. There were no kettle to make coffee/tea in my room like all the 4 star hotels we stayed at. Rather small room & bathroom.
