The room was very spacious. Beds (twin room) are big and comfy. Room and bathroom were very clean.

Modern hotel with all amenities as expected. Breakfast was very good. Excellent service. Having a drink at the sky bar was also very enjoyable.

We were not able to book car parking. Luckily we found a spot at the hotel.

the hygiene of the hotel and for me the location (offices in the business towers)

it was my 7th stay in 1 year at Courtyard Marriott Sarajevo and maybe the last. This time I had an upstairs room with the afternoon sun on the windows. Despite the note to the staff to leave the curtains open, my request was not heeded resulting in temperatures up to 28 C°. The air conditioning was able to moderate the temperature by a few degrees, but as soon as you turned it off, the temperature quickly rose again. The air conditioning also made too much noise to leave it on at night. The friendliness and obligingness of the waiters drops from visit to visit.
