Ruhige Lage

Leider bleibt uns nach unserem Silvesteraufenthalt in Apartment Nr. 3 eine durchweg enttäuschende Erfahrung in Erinnerung. Bereits bei der Anreise stellte sich die Kommunikation als schwierig heraus, da der vor Ort anwesende Vater des Vermieters weder Deutsch noch Englisch sprach. Auch der Vermieter selbst zeigte sich telefonisch wenig kooperativ und war nicht bereit, vor Ort aufgetretene Mängel zu besprechen. Die aufgeführten Mängel waren zahlreich und gravierend: angefangen bei Sauberkeitsproblemen im Bad mit Gestank von Fäkalien, über verschmutzte Matratzen und durchgelegene Betten bis hin zu Schimmel an den Dachfenstern im Schlafbereich. Die Küche wies fehlendes Equipment und eine defekte Dunstabzugshaube auf. Fehlende Schränke in der gesamten Wohnung, unzureichende Beleuchtung sowie das Fehlen von angegebenen Parkplätzen rundeten das enttäuschende Bild ab. Trotz einer detaillierten E-Mail an den Vermieter mit der Bitte um Rückmeldung bis zum 21.01.2024 (3 Wochen) blieb eine Reaktion aus. Leider hat der Vermieter die Chance verstreichen lassen, die Mängel zu klären und eine zufriedenstellende Lösung anzubieten. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung raten wir dringend von einem Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment ab.

Great, location, very neat and clean. The host was very friendly. Communication was great. It exceeded my expectation at every level. I will definitely go back and recommend to other people too.

Its in really pretty area and everything was clean

There is no AC or fan in the room, even though it's listed on the booking page. During our stay they had a wedding there and loud noise till 2:30 in the morning....they should not be booking rooms when they have weddings. If we would know about the wedding we would stay somewhere else. Also, when I asked about the washer( which is also listed on the booking website), the owner told me that there is only one, and he will be using it most of the day.

In my case room didn't correspond to the photos on booking; Host ignored the check-out time, which I requested (approved it through the booking, but anyway wanted me to leave at 13:00 without any explanation how was I supposed to know that); After even little rain parking turns into a puddle.

Dirty, old and looking much better on pictures. Host wanted cash as he said we booked wrongly.

Very nice and comfortable accommodation. Staff was very professional and friendly. 10 stars from me 🙂

Be careful with a stares to the second floor apartments.
