Location was excellent and so was the view. It was extremely clean, tidy and modern. Everything that we needed was catered for.

The location is excellent. Beautiful views of the sea and in the heart of great pubs, bars and restaurants. So clean and well equipped. Comfy beds

Everything was wonderful, just those darn stairs but worth it!!!

The apartment was very clean and well maintained with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The bed and sofabed are very comfy. The view is absolutely stunning, we sat in front of the floor to ceiling windows for ages just watching the beach scene! We ate at the Buoy and Oyster next door and enjoyed the food and service there. Very good communication from the owner with helpful tips on parking nearby.

Shower doesn't have good pressure but I appreciate this is likely due to being on the top floor - not much can be done about that! The sash window in the bedroom doesn't stay open so needs to be wedged open when the weather is warm.

The very steep stairs to the flat

The location is outstanding & views are gorgeous.

The kettle was thick with limescale very disgusting, I had to purchase 3 bags of descaler to make the water drinkable. They had left 2 half rolls of toilet paper for up to 4 people (appreciate that if it was long term it’s on the renter but for a weekend we shouldn’t have to think about bringing those things) cobwebs very visible in rooms along with spiders on ceilings. A lot of stairs to the front door. Stained sheets and filthy mattress topper (we know because you’re asked to strip the bedding). Poor power in the shower, right hand side door of shower kept falling off. Oh and a 2 seater sofa for up to 4 people in the lounge which was most uncomfortable.

Communal entrance hall needed a clean was used for storage, smelly bins and rubbish bags.

The apartment has beautiful sea views, was clean ,and a very comfie bed ,kitchen had everything you need, plenty of tea, coffee, and cereal which was nice, lots of resturants near by, the price was reasonable too, We enjoyed our stay we would stay again..

We picked the keys up from the resrurant below which was fine, but wasnt greeted by anyone, or see anyone throughout our stay. The bathroom had not been cleaned as the toilet was very dirty, the seat is broken, the bin hadnt been emptied, The bath didnt have a mat so was very slippery,

Views from apt. Close to all amenities & the beach.

Nothing to not like. Correct in the description of steep stairs to the apt. Not a problem 'a daily workout' but may be a problem for older or less mobile people when carrying luggage.

The sea view is really amazing, the kitchen is big and equip with everything we need

The bathroom (we are a family of three and the third member who took the shower ran out of hot water starting 2/3 of the shower)

Small apartment so had everything we needed. Nicely furnished, clean and comfortable.

The stairs! Apartment is above the restaurant which is above the shop. The stairs are many and steep.

Perfect location. Grace, the key holder, was so nice and helpful. Beautifully clean, perfect location, well equipped kitchen (apart from cutlery), well appointed throughout and a stunning view just a stones throw from the sea. Great sunsets. My daughter stayed here as a group of 5 single girls, and they always felt very safe. They would definitely recommend the apartment to friends'

Not much cutlery, barely enough for one of each; they had to wash up between courses. Could do with another comfy seat in lounge as only 3 could fit on the sofa.

Very steep staircase!!

The apartment is right in front of Margate Main Sands, so incredible views. There's lots of restaurants and pubs nearby plus the Turner gallery and the independent shops in the Old Town. The apartment itself was really comfortable and well stocked in terms of glasses and crockery. There was also tea and coffee which was great.

Tuesday morning was glass collection day which gave us a very early wake up call, but otherwise any small issues we had were resolved very quickly by Grace from Buoy and Oyster so no complaints

Very hard to find the entrance to the apartment. 3 flights of very steep stairs with no lift , hard work with a suitcase. Owned by the restaurant but didn’t get priority for booking a table which should come as part of the deal. Had staff phoning me for access to the apartment while we were out because they didn’t have enough bedding for the apartment below and knew we had some in our spare room.
