It can save you when you are in a situation where you need to stay in airport until the next day and you can chill out.

Very noisy, expensive and it is not comfortable, there is not any pillow.

Size was good, very convenient. Perfect for what I needed.

There was a lot of noise, which I can sleep through but would be hard for most. No covers or anything on the bed, bring a blanket, towel or sleeping bag.

Not soundproof, no blankets, no pillow. Bad location of the airport. Very loud and busy. You hear every conversation and every luggage rolling at all hours of the night. Not a pleasant experience.

Too basic for the price. And too noisy. If you pay for that, at least should be in a more quite place without external noise. Too noisy outside the whole night with people talking and shooting (it is located on the entrance of the bathrooms and besides the vending machines)

It was clean and easy to access.

It was so cold inside! There was air conditioning without any type of regulation and the cold air was blowing all night, it even got a cold after that night. Also, there is no sheets or even a pillow, and it is not mentioned at any part of the description (for this price that is the price of normal hotel there should be at least normal sheets). Other thing, absolutely no sound isolation! It is close to the bathrooms so all night i could hear the rumours like the fan when drying hands. Also all night i was hearing other people talking, cleaning sound etc. I would not reccomend it to anyone ever.

Way too overpriced. So uncomfortable like sleeping on the floor. No real pillows so extremely neck breaking. Much too noisy, so sleep impossible. Not sound proof. Never again.

The strongest point of the capsule is also it's weakest: the location. If the MXP capsule would do same as in Bergamo Airport, to put them inside a quite separate room, it would do us all a favoure. The location is wall-in-wall with a public toilet as well as benches outside which makes it a hotstop for noice. Italians are also perhaps not the must quite ones.. The roof couldn't be opened and nobody came to fix it. Service is not the best. THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO FIND THE CAPSULES. BAD SERVICE.
