It was very clean and comfortable apartment. Kitchen was well-equipped, and bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed having TV and watching Netflix. The view from the window was amazing!

Getting hot water (especially in the shower) was quite a challenge! We had to wait for 15-20 minutes for the water to get hot, and when it got hot, it was difficult to adjust the right temperature.

The apartment has everything a traveler needs - cooling and dining items, dish washer, fridge and even garbage bags. There is a grocery store only a few hundred meters away. Each day, there are new towels available to be picked up by each unit renter just a few meters outside each unit. Most importantly, the staff are super friendly and efficiently. They answered my questions almost instantaneously during my stay. Nothing to complain!!!

We had a rental car (Blue Car), so the location was good. The room had an entry area, which was really convenient for leaving shoes, coats, umbrellas, etc. and provided a double door effect for soundproofing - with regards to the hallway. The kitchenette was great - and advertised, the bed was comfortable. The room was big and the seating area was great to have.

Arrival Wed around 5:00 pm (check-out would be Fri). We were able to take hot showers that night; however, we woke up Thurs morning to zero hot water & that meant freezing cold water only, not even room temperature. I contacted the property and they arranged a repairman, BUT they did say "we had him out yesterday & we thought it was fixed". We prefer NOT to have strangers in our room without us being there, but we weren't about to stick around when there was much to see & do. When we returned to the room there was hot water, so we were able to shower then. Not ideal, but things happen. BUT when we woke up Fri morning ... there was, again, zero hot water. Considering it had been 'fixed' Wed (& who knows how many morning before), then Thurs and now needed to be 'fixed' again - - I felt like (my opinion totally) the property management company knew there was a real problem, but just kept limping it along until ... We felt bamboozled - especially for the cost - and when I contacted the company (who are very nice & responsive) for a partial refund, I was told we could have a late check-out of 12:00 instead. This was unacceptable, since we originally needed to be out by 10:00, we were up, packed & pretty much ready to go - except for showers. I repeated my request for a partial refund and got the runaround. I was later told it had to be elevated. Ridiculous. I let them know that all this would be reflected in my review... and that got me a quick response back. 75 euro refund was offered and I took it because it was better than nothing. They DID come through with that refund as promised - so I can say good about that. I wouldn't stay here again, since there are cheaper options out there, and I really do believe the hot water situation was an ongoing and known problem.

Check out poderia ser um pouco mais tarde, pelo menos as 12:00 como é geralmente nos outros locais. Se você está de férias e quer dormir um pouco mais, não é possível. A água tem um mal cheiro.

La ducha no funcionaba y esto es realmente importante. Me quede una noche así que no valía la pena que me cambiara de apartamento cuando me di cuenta que no funcionaba. Tampoco el sistema para entrar, tuvimos muchos problemas con los códigos de entrada de las dos entradas y el sistema de la puerta de la habitación estaba sin batería por lo que tuve que llamar también .

Отличные апартаменты в Рейкьявике за отличную цену. Современный просторный очень чистый номер, самостоятельное заселение, большое окно со шторой blackout, что очень актуально летом, очень удобная кровать и теплые одеяла. На машине 15 мин. от центра города. В номере есть все необходимое для проживания и самостоятельного приготовления пищи.

De bedden zijn groot en goed. De locatie is ideaal voor reizigers die zowel de regio als Reykjavik willen bezoeken. Er is een supermarkt om de hoek van het appartement. Voor de deur is er voldoende gratis parkeerruimte.

De gordijnen in appartement 208 sluiten onvoldoende aan waardoor er veel licht in de kamer komt. Naast en aan de voorzijde van het appartement ligt een betegeld terras, waar via de brandtrap en nooduitgang toegang tot kan worden verkregen. Dat betekent dus ook dat er overige gebruikers van de andere appartementen ineens aan de zijkant van je appartement kunnen "opduiken".
