The house was spotless and tastefully decorated. The host was super friendly and welcoming. The highlight of the stay was to unwind in the hot tub followed by the cute outdoor sauna. My family thoroughly enjoyed staying here and I wish to come back again!

Sigi has constructed a beautiful vacation home! Hot tub and Sauna with fantastic views, amazing! And the house is very spacious.

The property was immaculate. We enjoyed using the hot tub and sauna. It was so close to the activities, restaurants and bars in the city.

The home is spacious and well-appointed.
The home was listed as private and is not. The owner lives downstairs with a barking dog. More importantly, we observed a security camera pointing directly at the supposedly-private sauna in the backyard. Upon questioning, the owner said that there are a total of 9 security cameras, which is odd because we only saw the one while we were there. We felt as though our privacy would be invaded if we stayed.

Beautiful home with hot tub and custom built hot sauna. The owner was very nice and helpful. This home is a wonderful place to stay just outside of downtown Reykjavík.
Not a negative but be aware this is a ~15 minute cab ride outside of downtown.

Beautiful property with spectacular views of Reykjavik. Our family enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. Very comfortable for our family of five. Ed’s and showers were great. Conveniently located a short 10-15 minute drive to all the sights in the city. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful! The host was very nice and you can tell he takes pride in keeping the house clean and comfortable for guests. The main window is huge with a lovely view of the city (including the famous church). The hot tub and sauna were perfect after a long day! Highly recommend this place!
Just wish we had stayed longer!

Location was very close to everywhere we wanted to go, but still tucked away in a quiet location.
Everything was very good - no complaints. The host was very pleasant and accommodating and the villa and property was lovely, clean and well-equipped.

Situated in a quiet residential area, gorgeous & sophisticated interior decors, terrace with great views of the city and hot tub, and very importantly an amazing Nordic spa house in the backyard garden. Our host Sigurður was very friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

What a great place to spend our five-days-quarantine in Iceland. Couldn’t ask for more. The place was sparkling clean, spacious with a big open terrace to enjoy the sun - and of course the sauna and hot pool. The bedroom even had darker windows to prevent the light - which was there even at night - to come in.

Spectacular view of the city and New Years Eve fireworks. The property was warm and spacious and cozy and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Neighborhood was quiet. Perfect location. Host was friendly and helpful. Lots of space. My kids were happy to have their own rooms and enjoyed having access to Netflix.

We had a wonderful stay in this superb house. Everything was fine! We especially enjoyed the magnificent sunsets from the hot tub.
