Nothing. Communication was terrible and after telling me I could arrive late, removed the ring door bell and didn't answer my knocks. I have nowhere to stay and it's 1am. Zero stars.

The mattress is 'lumpy' very uncomfortable, it is time for the owner to invest on a new mattress in the single room

There was no breakfast, but I had to leave early to catch my flight. They had a menu though with many dishes they could cook for their hosts and they had drinks and champagne to help you unwind from a stressful day.

I was prepared for a more conventional bed and breakfast, like a business. This is someones flat and so it is important that people realize you are staying in a room in their flat. The host was extremely nice and accommodating and once I go over the initial shock of sleeping in someones apartment, then it was fine. It was very clean and I only need a place to sleep as my flight got canceled and was rebooked the next morning. So for that it was convenient, close to the airport, and fit my needs fine.

All good clean. Nice Christian home very kind and accommodating. Offered free drinks, free shampoo everything clean and tidy. Kaz accepted my takeaway when I was stuck in road works! Thanks very much. Will revisit soon

This property has two definitely strong sides: its owner, Taz and cleanness of the room. Taz is a very attentive, all of the time ready to help man. At any time he offered to make us tea or coffee, he was ready to give advice on any issue and explain any little thing. The room was very clean and the bad was comfortable. We got the sun side room and arrived at the time of sunset. А large Venetian wall-to-wall window flooded with sunlight made the room very cozy after a rainy four-hour drive in the car.

Overall, this booking was a biggest disappointment I encountered on booking.com. The listing stated 4* hotel with full spectrum of facilities from the restaurant on site to spa and wellness packages. I used to trust to high rating on this site and didn't check dipper. Actually, I discovered 2 floor flat rented on room base with shared bathroom. It was very disappointing! A double bed with a wardrobe for $100 is, in my opinion, too much, and taking into account what was announced for this money, it looks like a fraud. If I tried to save money and this room cost $40-50, everything would be OK. But I had to take it off, stuck in Heathrow due to the delay in the COVID test results and I wanted to turn this evening into an evening of relaxation. I was ready to pay for it. And what I got was actually just the opposite of what I was looking for.
