The location is great, and the price. the hotel is one block away from the main Ave. and its very quiet.

The hotel is really nice, well decorated, the room is spacious, staff is friendly and helpful, it is not a busy hotel so you get more personal experience. The location can't be better you can walk to many places near by. Which made it convenient for meals

The room seemed to not had been properly cleaned or at least not for a while there was dust behind the doors (I am allergic, so I pick up very quick on this) While the pool is really nice, water was way too cold. our idea was to spend a day at the pool we just dip for a few minutes because it was hard to stand the temperature.

The staff is incredible.

It's a shame the restaurant isnt open all day, but it's ok.

You can find everything nearby such as restaurants, bars, shopping centers, so you never get bored. The room is comfortable enough to have a good rest thanks to involuntary upgrade by the hotel. Thank you!

Our room was in front of the street, and neighbors started to clean up the street very early. Also, the noise of opening the parking gate woke us up.

Nice quiet safe location. Comfy bed. Great taco stand and convince store very close. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good and reasonable.

I specifically chose a quiet location buT my room was 20 feet from check in which was loud at times. Ringing phone at 5am was like an alarm clock. Walls are paper thin. I was kept up most of 1 night by very loud sex noises and the staff did absolutely nothing about it! Carpet and especially bathroom floor and shower were gross and need a deep clean. No bed or desk lamp.

The hotel is well located. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a small hotel, so it feels intimate and calm. The room has a good size and is well-equipped for a short stay. It also has a pool, which is excellent for hot, sunny days.

I don't know if the rooms' quality and service make it an actual "boutique" hotel. It was a regular 4-star hotel with nothing outstanding. The bathroom felt a bit dark and not taken care of. The room door didn't feel so secure either.

Location is very good and the building really nice.

The hotel needs urgent maintenance. very worn carpets and musty smell upstairs. Not good breakfast service.
