Many things. House was smelling badly. Fridge was smelling bad and dirty. Not at all clean

Super great. The space is large and clean. The host is friendly.

The table was broken and the dishwasher doesn't work.

We loved the cinema! Beds very comfortable and excellent large bathroom with 2 showers.

Kitchen - limited plugs and not enough utensils. Bathroom floor very hot and couldn’t turn temperature down. No sound insulation. Very noisy when guests arrived at 1.30am!

We never had an accomodation with so much highly sophisitcated technical equipment (Alexa to control room temperature , light and spotify, Dyson ventilator). Large nice flat in a nice sourrounding single family houses. Close to airport.

The room temperature was too warm and we did not succeed to reduce ist despite the control pannel. We wondered a little bit that the floor heating was active even in summer.

Every thing! All was wery good. Big size and excellent bad. Big bathroom. My friend my accidentally spilled the liquid in the bag and there was both a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

We couldn't understand the TV. Glass for wine was not enough.

Great value for money the owner was friendly, close to the airport and comfortable.

The location was awesome. Bus stops are close proximity with easy access to downtown. Host left a guide of various stores, restaurents and transportation. The host was quick to respond and helped with all our needs.

Our only main concern was the lack of cutting knives. We only had one, which was difficult to use while cooking as it was very dull.

simple effective checkin, close to airport & shops, comfortable facility for our small family group to rest from airline trip & visit.

What an amazing accommodation. Very nice and cozy place. We didn't expect it to be this great. Voice activation was a nice touch as well. The host was also very helpful with anything we needed

1. Lack of public transport after midnight 2. Some parts of the apartment were not exactly clean (dusty) 3. Lack of a shelf to store the luggage/cloths

The location is good, can easily take the bus to the town centre.

Great place! Clean, super equipped apartment. Clean, nice, great value for money and host was helpful and nice. We will definitely be back!

There was no breakfast included., but most of our stays were without breakfast. There was no one to welcome us either and I explained earlier that all the information was available on my email but I had no wifi, so I couldn't access my email which caused great frustration and anxiety. The property was very homey and new.

Loved the spaciousness, use of Alexa and laundry facilities.

It was hard to find and a because we only turned on our cellular phones occasionally as needed, I missed some email’s telling us how to get in.

The place is really sweet, very modern and parking available on site too.

Unfortunately the place didn't feel clean - the sheets were dirty, and the floor was sticky.

Clean and comfortable and lots of living room space for many people. Nice windows for outdoor light and air. Kitchen was well equipped enough for cooking in if needed. Very convenient to the airport. Overall a very nice solid place and was just great for our needs.

Huge apartment but run-down. Dirty carpet, moldy shower, fridge missing paneling, broken coffee maker, nonfunctional stove. Paper-thin walls/ceilings -- could clearly hear neighbors and their dog.

Good place to stay near Bergen and very close to the airport. The owner is very reactive if needed.
