from the moment we arrived you felt so welcomed and at ease, the feel of the villa was so cosy and relaxed we immediately felt at home

Location is excellent for exploring.
Toilet location. Middle of ground floor layout. Had to walk through to get to the kitchen.

Hot tub and bed.
Hobs on cooker kept on going on then off, took ages to fry anything. Shower didn’t have great water pressure.

Everything was perfect, the area was so quiet I was able to have an afternoon nap. Iv never been so relaxed in my life. The hot tub is the highlight, pictures don’t do this place justice.
There was nothing that we didn’t like. Except the bed size but that’s because we are used to a super king and I get too warm but they had an awesome fan that kept me cool all night.

The hot tub is undoubtedly the best thing about the accommodation - huge! The accommodation is beautifully decorated and there are some great touches to make you welcome - a bottle of cold prosecco, fresh milk, towels for both the shower and the hot tub, for instance. It is also very convenient for Bedale, being a 10 minute walk and just 5 minutes walk to Bedale station. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of information in the accommodation and in the visitors' books for places to visit or eat.
We both suffer with our backs and the settee was too low for us - it's probably fine for most people but we didn't get on with it. That's just a personal choice thing.

The hot tub was amazing, everything you needed the host thought of it, you never went without.
