We rented the first floor appartement (I think there are two). It was the most beautiful apartment we’ve ever rented on our travels. There was so much attention to detail in the decor (which is such a nice touch, it felt modern and luxurious!) and the layout was so well thought out. It’s a certified “passive” house which is an added bonus from an ecological perspective and it was also even bigger than pictured. Such a cool place! The location was great for us (we had our baby with us) and it was very quiet in the evening. We loved that the municipal market was just a few doors down where you could get fresh fish to cook back F the apartment (we had amazing eel), baked goods and great produce. Costa Nova is beautiful and just a 10 minute drive from Aveiro. If you want a place to rest and relax, THIS is the place! The host (Zinda) went out of our way to make our stay pleasant.

Everything was perfect 10/10.

We stayed in the downstairs apartment. The home is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities needed (kitchenware, salt, olive oil and other seasonings, bath gel and shampoo,...). It has also a lovely private terrace outside! Zinda was incredible and gave us all the information and tips for nearby restaurants and shops.

Beautiful home, so expect people taking photos of your accommodation on weekends. But even better is the interior, which has all the modern comforts with very nice classy touches. We stayed in the upper floor and the views are so worth the little extra for it.

the apartment was beautiful. lots of space and everything you need is supplied. the beds were very comfortable.

Wonderful 2 bedroom property, with a lot thought, care and high quality furnishings and beyond. A high level of cleanliness with comfortable beds. Great location to both the lagoon and beach literally minutes away (you can see the lagoon from the property) and very near multiple restaurants and a small supermarket. No car is needed, as buses are easily available. The beaches are stunningly beautiful, the atlantic ocean is somewhat fierce but beautiful to watch. The area and stunningly painted houses in Costa Nova are worth the effort to visit. The ground floor apartment has a small area with additional table and chairs, which was perfect. This is a property and area I would happily return to and would highly recommend to others.

Can't think of anything whatsoever - a great place to stay.

It is a beautifully designed building, all the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was great. Loved being able to use a wahingmachine after 10 days of travel

The owner has no control over this, but since it is on the main street peple just sometimes hang out in front of the building and it gets loud
