I had a wonderful stay at this property. A great location right on the bay with the ocean only a few steps away. Terry was an outstanding host - kind, attentive, and very helpful. I hope to return for another visit!

Best location in the bay (from an experienced renter in the area). Owners were friendly and accommodating and they had all the beach toys we needed, which was really nice. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Perfect for a family of 5. We would stay here again. Only drawback is the plumbing is a little finicky, but for the price, this property can't be beat.

This beach home was a wonderful destination for our family of six. The location was awesome, quiet, but still close to many shops and restaurants. The property itself was charming, and had all we needed for our five day stay. It was a short walk to Mission/Pacific Beach. It is steps away from the bay/sand. It is a wonderful place for families with small kids to play and spend time. The big picture window is so lovely to look out and enjoy the bay view. Terry was a wonderful host and we will be back!

Wonderful Home. Your front yard is the sand. Peaceful, relaxing. Home had everything we needed. Beds & linens were very comfortable. The owner Terry was kind and helpful. We appreciate her letting us use her home! Thank you.

We had a great few days at the beach. Love the location. Even though the weather was less than perfect, it was still a relaxing few days. So many great food options close by. And when the sun came out, sitting on the beach right outside of the place was perfect.

Beautiful location right on the path along the bay. The bed was very comfortable and the views were wonderful- Fantastic location… we walked to multiple coffee shops and never needed a car! Spent most of our time on the lovely side patio! Terry was a sweet host and even allowed me early check in! Very kind!

Fantastic location with a large window looking out directly onto Mission Bay. Great for people-watching! Terry was a lovely host. We made good use of the beach chairs and beach games. Highly recommend.

We greatly enjoyed this place. Wonderful location on a narrow strip of land between the ocean and Mission Bay. Being on the bay side, it was calmer and warmer than the ocean side, and certainly less busy. And if you want to walk on the ocean beach, it’s just a few short blocks away. The bike and walking path goes literally right by the unit, so you can easily get anywhere. There are all kinds of electric or non-motorized conveyances to rent nearby, and a lot of trails to use. You can rent sail boats on the bay but it requires a two-hour certification class. I should’ve done that right away because the bay is perfect for small–boat sailing. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within a few blocks. Parking is slim to none nearby, but we were always able to find spots within a quarter mile. We also found our host to be delightful, very flexible and accommodating and we enjoyed chatting with her.

Steps from Mission Bay and2 blocks from the ocean. Very clean and comfortable. On the negative side my dog was able to get out from the patio gates and parking was a big issue. Terry talked about this but for someone who is usually car dependent this was a big issue. Got a $50+ parking ticket because I parked on the wrong side of the street one day. Otherwise good location.

This is a sweet little house in a perfect location on the Bay. Walkable to the ocean and many restaurants. Beautiful picture window and nice patio looking over the Bay. Terry our host lives upstairs and was available and easy to communicate with.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal; close to multiple restaurants. There isn’t a parking spot designated for the unit but we were always able to find very close parking. The host was so friendly and accommodating throughout our entire stay. The AC broke on the first day we arrived, during a heatwave, and the host did everything she could to accommodate us and make it right. The beach gear that was available was awesome…beach chairs, umbrella and even a paddleboard. The only reason we gave the cleanliness a 4 out of 5 was because my 10 month old son crawled everywhere and his knees got fairly dirty in the house otherwise everything was very clean. The beds were plush and super comfortable! Overall, it’s a wonderful rental and we couldn’t have asked for a friendlier host.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The place was perfect for us and the location was amazing! Terry was a fantastic host. We will definitely be back!

This location was perfect. Easy access to beach and bay. Within walking distance to restaurants. Terry was very helpful throughout. Parking can be tricky so you might consider leaving your car at home. Lots of sand toys, boogie boards, and chairs were wonderful to have on hand.

This property is in a great area on the bay side and not even a 5 minute walk to the ocean side beach. Restaurants, Starbuck’s and grocery store are within walking distance and owner Terry was great to work with from beginning to end. small, all was well

We had wonderful time here in San Diego (even with three days of rain)! The home is lovely and we cooked a fabulous Thanksgiving dinner ! Can’t wait to come back ! Terry and Tom are very accommodating!!
