L'hôtel est confortable, mais les activités proposées par le Kids club les après-midi (lorsqu'il y a un Kids club ouvert, ce n est pas le cas tous les jours même en pleine saison (juillet))sont très mauvaises, c est exclusivement des activités de interieur , proposer des activités comme "cinéma" ou "rester au Kids club" ou "peinture de visage" est très décevant, surtout lorsque l' hôtel promeut des activités plein air sur son site. Certaines activités plus intéressantes ont lieu le matin, souvent facturées en supplément, mais si vous partez pour des activités nautiques comme le wingfoil ou le kitesurf, il faut noter que le vent ne souffle que le après midi, votre enfant risque de passer 3h devant la télé pendant que vous êtes dans l'eau.
La piscine intérieure est interdite aux enfants à partir de 16h également et la piscine extérieure n'est pas chauffée.
Je ne retournerai pas à cet hôtel avec un enfant qui n' est pas en âge de pratiquer des sports nautiques

The food was not bad but the quality was not as good as expected for this type of the hotel and quite pricey for what it was.

Everything was perfect! The Turkish (steam) bath and sauna were amazing (just what we needed after a few days of walking the Camino). The breakfast buffet was amazing (we did not eat dinner). The room was comfortable - they even provide flip flops to wear down to the spa. And we were able to find a pair of shoes for my husband in the shop.
The television had to be on for the wifi to work.

Very pleasant and comfortable room and lobby. Friendly staff and fast service. Good spa. Breakfast was quite good, with high variety.
Dinner was a bit below par, and value for money was not as good as the rest.

For a wellness hotel, there is lack of quiet spaces which don't have screaming kids running around everywhere. Not great for someone who is going for peace and quiet. The hotel should definitely consider having some 'quiet zones' with no entry for kids (or at least, for screaming kids).

Restaurant rules do not match with the philosophy of the hotel. Food was ok. Perhaps too oversized portions :) Staff quite kind. But the belt at the entrance and the reservation policy do not match a sports hotel :)

Very nice architecture : beautiful design : spacious room, nice atmosphere, nice view.
Lot of possibility in term of sport activities and Cabedelo beach just in front of hotel.
The staff is not really customer friendly : everyone has his task and no flexibility : for instance, if you arrive to restaurant and wait to be welcomed : if person in charge of welcome desk is busy but other members of staff are free : they will not come and avoid any eye contact cause it’s not their task leading to useless waiting time and obvious lack of efficiency and customer friendliness. We also could see a waiter basically shouted by his line manager in the middle of restaurant. All in all lot too many incidents not acceptable at service level in a 4 stars hotel.
Also note that acoustic of room is really bad : you can hear all noises of your neighbors, even the snoring… Not really glamorous 😀

Great location, Amazing hotel 3 blocks from the beach, fantastic facilities, great gym, faboulous breakfast, delicious dinner.
Cleaning a hotel room is not only changing towels, refiling amenities and tiding everything around. Is Vacumcleaning and Mopping ALL the floors. MORE if its a sport hotel were guests goes to the beach and carries lots of sand etc.
It was horrible to see all the beach towels and wetsuits and sport equipments hanging on the barandas at the balconies of the rooms. HORRIBLE. its not a camping facilitie of the laundry of our home. That happens because guests needs to dry their sport equipments. It would be better if in the showers you put a rack to hang everything or you creat small drying closets in the rooms.
