Appartamento molto pratico per la vicinanza alla stazione - 15 minuti a piedi - e al centro storico - un'altra ventina di minuti che permette di vedere a modo castello e dintorni; stanze e bagno puliti. Luogo, nonostante affacci sul viale, molto silenzioso, ottimo per chi viaggia per lavoro e ha bisogno di ore di sonno.

Per un prezzo simile, e davvero alto, credevo ci fosse qualche servizio in più e di trovare, non dico una colazione in camera, ma almeno un po' di caffè in polvere.

The location was perfect! A 15 minute walk from the station (with cases) and then just a short walk to the castle and a little bit further to the arena! Property was clean, easy to find/access. Perfect for a one night stay!

Bathroom was small, felt claustrophobic at times, but not a major issue for just one night.

The best think is the perfect location. It is 5 minutes walk from Castelvekio. It is clean enough and the host was very nice and supportive. Only for the price it is not separate enough.

Actually it is an apartment divided in 4 guest rooms. It is noisy when other people are using the facilities. Very noisy because the room was facing the street, and we got up at 6 in the morning because of the traffic. Squeaking floor..... Very annoying.

Location was good, room was great, but the best thing was that they were very accommodating and got me in a little early. There was someone there ready to help me, he answered all my questions and gave me good tips.

Location is excellent. 10 minutes walk from the train station and city centre. The Castello near by is phenomenal. Huge room and very easy check in

No lift being an old building. Shower and bathroom could be improved

The room temperature at night was changed, and it became cold, I tried to open th AC, but it didn't work.

Location, Good size bedroom for 3 person (although the smoke smell), Comfortable beds and New bathroom

1)To access the apartment you need to climb 4 flights of stairs, with the luggages because is an apartment (no elevator) 2) Room number 1, although to be smoke free property, has a very strong smell of smoke, which must be from the wooden/parqueted flooring which is very old and loose.

Aircondition not working, ( and not have remote control) ,heating radiators work only one hour afternoon and temperature from 21pm till 5am was way below 15 celsius, not possible to be in apartment, and after i see that is our host active in whatsapp we contact him around 5 am and we ask about heating why is not working , he says "that is because new rules to save heating and he says that make one more celsius up, and that we have one more blanket in wardrobe "but nothing happen - radiators from central heating total cold, we make check out around 6am and go to our car to heat, apartment have old windows , old building without sound isolation , but noise was not big issue for us for this apartment, host is very polite

Not happy at all. Not good value for money. It is rooms with code for openning door. It does not have a receptionist or anyone to receive you. No restaurant, no place to give you a coffee. Rooms are good and clean

we were given the wrong address to start with and had to ring the host to ask where we should be. we were then given another address down the road and when we got there we were given key and a passcode which was sent via WhatsApp. when we left the apartment to go out we checked the passcode and it didn’t work so we had to call the host again to ask and he gave us a 4 digit code via telephone to access the main door. we were glad we checked this before returning in the evening.
