The location is so strategic, near to Concubine Lane, easy to get GrabCar and GrabFood. The room and the shared bathrooms & toilets are clean and always kept dry.

The male receptionist. He's supposed to hold his conversation with whoever it is on the phone and quickly attend to my check-in process first, but he didn't! He took almost 15 mins just to complete my booking and left me standing there clueless with my baggages. Very slow process! And after I settled in, I ordered a GrabFood and went down to pick my order and guess what I found? THE VERY SAME RECEPTIONIST WIDELY OPENED THE HOTEL ENTRANCE GLASS DOOR AND HE WAS FREAKING THERE, IN FRONT OF THE ENTRANCE, SMOKING! SMOKING WITHOUT CLOSING THE DOOR?? My nose is really sensitive to cigarette smoke and this made my mood went worse. And not to forget, there was one morning, he was talking loudly in front of the rooms' aisle

Tangga hotel agak curam & i hope got extra furniture to store the bags. Besides that, bila awal2 masuk memang ada nyamuk.

we had opted to stay in Ban Loong because we have seen the rooms and cleanliness level before. the room was still comfortable

the housekeeping unfortunately was bad. the cleanliness level was low. there was hair everywhere in the room and bathroom. the common sitting area, previously had a beautiful airwell and sort of a centre-piece with beautiful plants. now its decorated with brooms, mops and cleaning detergent. definitely an eye sore.

Everything is good! Room is really nice. Staff so friendly. It's like 5 star hotel! Really affordable tho.

It is not managed well. They haven’t clean even the common area. The carpet on the stairs is really dirty. The washroom is so dirty. It seems like they haven’t clean in ages. The glass is full of moss. They need to hire real cleaners or retrain the staff/the housekeeping. The housekeeping department is not doing his/her job properly. He/she needs to see an optometrist to check his eyes to see the dirt on the room and hotel. poorly managed hotel:( won’t go back again

The location was close to Ipoh's attractions, less than 10 mins drive. I like the hotel's interior, very classic yet modern. The bathroom was very spacious and clean.
