Unfortunately, we booked in December this apartment for 2 adults and 1 child 11 years old. begin of June the flat owner contacted us to let us know that the capacity for the flat is only for 2 adults, and she offer the option to cancel the booking. (even we already have paid a caution) . The communication with the owner was not pleasant and the owner was not able to provide any other option/solution. End up, as Würzburg city center was already fully booked, we had to buy a camping mattress to accommodate my daughter. We had to find ourselves a solution and we did not get any discount for the inconvenience.

I absolutely adored the location of the flat, situated in the heart of the city center, just a short 6-minute walk from the railway station. The flat itself was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean. One feature that particularly caught my attention was the bathtub. Additionally, the availability of complimentary WiFi and free access to the TV was a delightful surprise. The kitchen was fully equipped with an array of cutlery, glasses, and various other amenities, surpassing my expectations. Another aspect that impressed me was the seamless communication I had with the landlord. She was extremely helpful and even provided me with recommendations for local wine establishments and restaurants serving authentic German cuisine, which I thoroughly enjoyed exploring as a tourist.

Great location, confortable sofa, cleanliness. The kitchen has all you need to cook. WiFi is ok. Location is close to everything.

It was not clear how to get the key.

In the centre, very convenient and closed to everything. you can use the garage for parking your car. The apartment is big and clean. The landlady is very helpful

There should be a shower instead to be more convenient for use

Location is perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Würzburg. Everything you need, incl. Residenz , Alte Mainbrücke and Würzburger Dom, is in 10-20 minutes walking. Anke is very helpful, and apartments are very clean, warm and comfortable.
