Friendly English speaking receptionist and nice cleaning staff

Chairs and toilet seats were too low. Hurting my back on sitting.

The price/quality ratio is the best we've seen in Vietnam. Don't expect a 5 star hotel because you are not paying for it. So for what we paid (about 12,5€ a night for 2 people) we had a spacious room, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Stayed here for 5 nights and rented a motorbike to get around easier. We got free water almost every day. Would recommend this to everyone if you don't mind the 4km to the city center.

Lots of good eateries close by and friendly local vibe. Big sized rooms with balcony. Helpful staff too.

They upgraded my room when there was an issue at not extra charge. Overall very helpful and great value for money

There is nothing much to like. Standard rooms, standard bathroom, there is a fan that works, if you are a magician, and a/c. Price is ok but you can find something better and more central adding only 2 euros. And you won't have to pay for a Grab (5 euros one way) just to get to the city center.

6km from the city center, reception not responsive (english is their 7th language), the name can be confusing (there are other 4 or 5 happy homes around HCMC). Shower is in the toilet's proximity.

Most friendly staff that I've ever met. The room is clean and spacious.

The room is kinda dimmed. It'd be excellent if the room is brighter.

Everyone at reception was very kind and helpful when I had a question. There is a shopping mall with a movie theater nearby (about 5 minutes on a motorcycle). Easy to find.
