The room was clean and they set up for us a honeymoon decoration. The breakfast was good, with coffee, hot and cold tea and juice, omelette, fried eggs, boiled eggs, waffles, pancakes, pastry and cooked food. There is free shuttle to the center which you need to book in advance. The pool was very nice and they give pool towels in the room.
I liked everything, but for us the breakfast didn’t march the european taste.

Everything made us happy staying at Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud. Nice hotel and very friendly staff. Very good breakfast and very comfort bed. So happy that we got room upgrade and 1x free complimentary dinner.

We stayed at the Best Western for 10 days and from beginning to end, it was outstanding. Not only is the resort clean, beautiful, spacious, the pool is huge with upper and lower parts, your are surrounded by the jungle, the grounds themselves are well kept, and the staff are ALL friendly, helpful, approachable and just want you to make your stay a good one. Our room was modern, large, we had a big balcony, and the bathroom had both a shower and bathtub. All furnishings were modern, amenities were topped up or replaced (ie shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, shaver, everything) and the rooms were cleaned everyday. Breakfast has an amazing buffet with western and Indonesian foods, as well as made to order pancakes, eggs, waffles and so much more. This was delicious and something we looked forward to everyday. There’s also a restaurant which you can eat anytime or order room service for lunch or dinner and it’s very well priced. Oh and did I mention they have mountain bikes free to use when you want, electric scooters which there’s a small fee and a free shuttle service into Ubud center that you only have to arrange the day before. It’s a 12-15 minute walk down to Ubud and outside the hotel is a mini mart and a couple of restaurants. The WiFi is fast and never dropped out throughout the whole stay.

Ihanan rauhallinen hotelli. Uima-allas alue oli todella hyvä ja tilava. Hotelli oli hyvän matkan päässä keskustan hälinästä, mutta sopivan lähellä jotta kävellen pääsi ravintoloihin ja ostoksille.

Rooms were comfortable and clean and the pool and ambiance were great. Staff very prompt to respond when I booked and organised driver from Australia. Convenient location in Ubud - away from the crazy traffic but only a casual 20 minute walk to get into the markets, etc. Great variety of buffet breakfasts. The hotel Spa Services were fantastic and good value.
The room I booked indicated there was a washer and dryer, but there wasn't - my travelling companions room descriptions also said washer/dryer and bath - but had none of these things. It wasn't really a "pool view" room - all I could see were the people sunbathing looking directly into the room. The bar at the pool was never attended and we had to walk up to the restaurant to try and find someone who could take an order which was a bit annoying after a few days.

Breakfast had a good range of choice. Rooms were comfortable enough with a nice bathroom and shower, including robes and slippers. Gym was of a fairly good standard too. Walking distance to some great restaurants but this involves a little bit of walking in the dark and on some roads. Great stay overall.

This hotel was close to ubud center, and take 10 minutes walk to get there, the staff was helpfull and many option for the bufet breakfast, really sad due we stay only 1 night and must flight back to my country, hopefully will be back to this hotel for the next holiday😁

Everything was Perfect stay in here. The staff is very helpfull... The Restaurant team ,Reception and the chef will do minggle during the breakfast to make sure that all of guest is happy and get what the guest need..

Comfortable spacious room with lots of extras. Tari waitress in the restaurant had excellent customer service and was very friendly, an asset to the hotel. Well done.
The Coffee machine - the cappuccino coffees were the worst coffees we have ever tasted and the machine was old and time for a change. For a country known for excellent coffee the hotels were disgusting. We informed the Chef and also the manage of the terrible coffee. Needs fixing

Upon check in I was upgraded to the executive room.
What a lovely stay with the most friendly staff willing to go the extra mile. The hotel is quiet and situated near the city center. They also provide a shuttle to the center which is a plus! The bed is also comfortable in a lovely large room.

My bathroom water was black and sandy and the air conditioning was not cool enough. They had me switch to a different room where there was no view. On top of that the water was still black and sandy and the room was still not cool enough. I was offered a free meal. However, that was definitely not enough considering I had to switch rooms, I could not take a bath in the tub, and I spent most nights sweating. I asked if I could change hotels the 2nd day I was there, but was told I would not be refunded by booking.com. This left me vulnerable and at the mercy of remaining at the Best Western Hotel, which threw off my vacation vibes.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The pool area was lovely. I liked that they gave us umbrellas and hand sanitizer in the rooms. Breakfast choice was very good with fresh pancakes and omelette made to order.

highly recommend this resort. Room was spotless, Pool area was great, breakfast was delicious. The staff were also so nice especially Gede at reception who was so helpful with any questions we had and booked us our tour to mount batur for a very good price!

Everything was Great stay in Best Western ubud, the staff is amazing and Helpfull. The hotel also provide shuttle service going to ubud center free of charge every 2 hours start from 9 am.. Breakfast was great the chef will be minggle during the breakfast makesure that everything in breakfast is good. it has all the features of a hotel you would expect. im really enjoyed during stay in here Definitely will come back again.. ❤️

Excellent hotel with super nice staff. Walking distance to the city center and if you don’t feel like walking the hotel have a shuttle that will take you. Really nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. Nice pool area. Good breakfast. Quiet area and the hotel have a nice terrace from which you can see the stars on a cloudless night and a beautiful jungle view during the day.

The hotel is bit inside the city however if you can walk ,we can reach to the downtown in 30 minutes.
