Hello I'm book the hotel room in booking.com but hotel staff is deny Then hotel staff took the extra money to book rooms.and room was very dirty washroom is already another person is using bad linen also using bedsite table lamp is fuse. AC is not working. Staff Behaviour not good

Room size was small and not clean at all. Staff were not at all helpful and the price was not all justified.

We were written a few hours earlier from the hotel that our visit is expected. When we got to the hotel (ca 12.00), we were told that they could not accommodate foreigners and we would have to find another hotel.

The food was good. Staff was cooperative. We had trouble with Oyo not coordinating well with the hotel about availability of rooms. .OYO should improve this.

The bed sheets weren't clean and there was an annoying phone fixed next to room for house keeping. .it rang Once in every 15 min. I wanted to smash that phone. .

Nice room and silent place
