Uncomfortable pillows and worst sofa bed. Constant noise from the street and also noise of water falling from other apartments into the pipes that were on a top cabinet in our living room.

Location

It was damp and smelly as it was a ground floor flat. The television did not work.

When I arrived at the agreed check-in time, the apartment had not been cleaned after the previous guest left. Had to walk around Murcia for one hour before apartment was ready. As a result, the apartment was not cleaned properly. Safety of apartment is very bad. Apartment was on ground floor and window to street could not be locked. Possible to lift up window shutter from street and enter bedroom through window. Host looked at window and noted it could not be locked and said he would be back the next day to fix it, He did not return in the six days I was at the apartment. The apartment has a dining table but no chairs! Soundproofing to street and to neighbouring apartments is very poor.

The staff was highly responsive. The location is just perfect, close to everything and easy to find. The bed is comfortable. Even though it was cold, the apartment was warm without AC. In addition, it is well equipped.

It gets hard to sleep sometimes because of the road noise, but that is normal due to its location.

Convenient location,,good price, comfortable

Communication was very good before and during my stay . Check in was via a safe lock and instructions very clear on how to get in . Apartment was ok for two nights and has the basics, bed , TV fridge , small cooker ..bed was comfortable..I arrived by train to Murcia so it was a 15 minute walk and is walking distance from all the sights in the city.

Firstly this is my opinion and having read previous reviews I had an idea what to expect. The apartment lacks a few utensils..I had to buy a coffee cafeteria sugar milk ..it should have these items..there was a musky smoky small when I arrived..I left the window open as much as possible to let in air ..but the problem is a lot of noise outside during the day time so bring ear plugs and a eye mask ..the plaza in front of the apartment attracts a lot of youths and some unsavoury character s ....so be careful entering and leaving the apartment..this apartment is ok for one person on a short stay ... again if staying here prepare for a lot of noise from outside..a sketchy neighborhood and a small apartment

Fine! We collected the key from the cleaner!

The noise from the street and above the apartment was unbearable! Until 3 am people were talking outside the apartment and also above moving furnitures banging doors screaming! The sofa bed is NOT A BED it cannot sleep anything one! The blankets provided are old and not comfortable. We left early the apartment. 1 night early! We left due to the state of the beds and noise!!!

Well organized studio, clean, modern, well maintained, good location if you need to catch a bus. Efficient check-in (keys are available at the door in a box closed with number lock). Very good value for money.

It's a good location with a good view, not noisy. It's a comfortable and light apartment with A/C, wifi, well equipped, some toiletries. A quick and independent check-in and check-out :) It looked as on the pictures.

We didn't get in time the instruction how to grab the key (I don't know if it's owner or booking.com issue). I called and it was a mix of English-Spanish which was not a problem for me. A couple of dirty shoe marks were on the floor.
