Niente di Niente!

Al nostro arrivo mio e di mia moglie non siamo stati accolti nei migliori dei modi ! Abbiamo preso il traghetto delle 16.30 di venerdì 21/06/2024 inviando la foto al proprietario della partenza e dell’arrivo previsto ovvero alle 17.20 al porto ! La foto è stata inviata alle 16.30 in punto ! Abbiamo pagato subito il link , di 100 euro sia per andata che ritorno . E questo va bene poiché la scelta è stata nostra di farci venire a prendere dal proprietario al porto , in quanto pieni di bagagli per week matrimonio di amici! Al nostro arrivo dopo un ritardo ulteriore del proprietario dove , ripeto la foto era stata mandata 50 min prima , mia moglie chiede come mai del ritardo e il signore risponde “ Signora se vuole torno indietro “ , cosa che ad un cliente non si dice mai , soprattutto perché avevamo già pagato ! Arrivati alla struttura non ci chiede i documenti , non ci da spiegazioni della camera , della struttura , di come accedere ad una linea Wi-Fi ne di come poter spostarci con i taxi o a piedi , visto che la struttura necessita di una spiegazione poiché ben lontana ! Risponde sempre a mia moglie dicendo che avremo trovato dei taxi a pochi metri !!!!! Ma non erano pochi metri in quanto da dove ti lascia il taxi alla struttura sono quasi un chilometro a piedi , con annesse scalinate impraticabili di notte e devo dire molto pericolose ! Gli spostamenti erano impossibili . La colazione non ci viene spiegata , c’è semplicemente un cesto con 2 pacchi di fette biscottate e due cornetti imbustati dove non si evince neanche la data di scadenza in quanto sono quelli comprati al supermercato e , una volta tolti dal pacco , non si può vedere nulla ! C’erano due bottiglie d’acqua , 4 bustine per il caffè , e due mini davvero mini barattoli di marmellata ! Con un prezzo di 500 euro a notte ad Anacapri , almeno qualcosa in più potevamo meritarlo!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the perfect stay for 2 nights. Genny was very helpful, informative, and accommodating. It was very peaceful away from the crowds, but a short walk to catch the bus to get into town. The Grotto Azzurra was a 15 minute walk, which was perfect for us to go early and beat the crowd. The view from the villa is unbeatable! Highly recommend!

The location is amazing. The lawn with the jacuzzi is a winner. You can watch the sunset from there. It's quiet and near the Grotto Azzarro.

Only small sized cars can reach the villa. The host was kind enough to pick us up at the pier. Also, the options of ordering food is limited and not a lot of scope to make anything there.

Location was fabulous with massive scenery. Genny and Tatiana were great hosts and very helpful.

Transportation issues but thats throughout Anacapri. Road to Bule grotto was miserable if one is planning to walk it down. Its between the forest full of snakes and geckos. Adventurous to say the least

First of all owners is really great and helpful, if need something - they will organize for you and help (we left necklace in apartment and they organized delivery to Naples). Location is more than perfect if you renting scooter, but bus stop is also near. View and facilities are amazing and most recommended for everybody! Loved to stay in this place and price is really low for this kind of experience! BEST PLACE TO STAY IN CAPRI!

Everything was awesome!

If you're looking for romance, this is definitely the place! Amazing room with an explendid view, hot tub 24 hours just for us, the sea ant the back, the lights of the hot tub. And Genny, our host is the perfect gentleman to help you out with this romantic quest! Flowers, wine, bout tours, you name it and he will provide! Exceded my expectations en every way!

There was nothing i didn't like. It's just a little bit expensive, but was totally wotrh the money!

Breakfast could be optional perhaps as you are a bit away from the cafes. There was two croissants and a coffee machine in the room. it’s expensive to travel by Taxi €30 - €45 if you are going to capri, bus is better but finished early. Host in very helpful.

All very relaxed and easy. The host gave us good directions and all was as expected. Room was lovely and included an outdoor jacuzzi with ocean view. Walking distance to very nice restaurants with fabulous food and views.

Since the place is a bit out of the way, it would be nice if there were a convenience store in the area - or some healthy snack/drink options - a place to buy soap and other small items.
