The bedroom was amazing, the bed was so comfortable and the room was quiet. The pool is really nice and clean.

The food was bad.

Good breakfast and location with great staff smiling all the time and happy to help.

Everything is very good in this hotel. It's beautiful, the room is big enough for a couple, the staff is very nice, food is good, the pool is clean and there are enough chairs to chill in the area. Also right across the street the beach is beautiful , you can have cool sunset times there .

I'll just mention the fact that twice our room was left open after the staff passed to clean it. We found out about that when coming back in the evening .

hotel is dated and in need of renovations, no partition in shower so water splash to half of the bathroom floor and wet the toilet bowl also

Nice stay

Good spot for passing through. Beautiful and peaceful pool area. Our room was right outside the pool and enjoyed some nice afternoon sun. Pancakes at breakfast were great. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom.

Safe and TV didn't work. Unfortunately we are traveling with a baby and didn't have means of transport like a scooter so was quite far away from everything without one... If you dont have a scooter or plan on riding one maybe stay somewhere closer to town. If you're child free and have transport then this is fine especially for price point. The local beach here isn't great.

the rooms are full of humidity, usually I don’t mind about that fact but in that one the smell was really strong. the bedsheets had stains everywhere, the fridge didn’t work, the shower was broke and the food had tiny bones. they also told me they had a shuttle from the port but didn’t tell me the price upfront, once I got there theu asked me to pay 100k rp when the normal price was half of that, finally I pid 70k. plus I did told them that my boat will arrive late and then the driver was annoyed because he had to wait 1h at the port. communication is key in hospitality.

The cleanliness should be improved - stains on the bedding, on the walls, on the towels. There was even an old slip under our bed. Also the water pressure in the showers (we had two different rooms) was technically inexistent. The scooter rental is way too expensive.

Such a nice guy at the lobby. Nice pool. Good restaurant. I would recommend you this place to stay if you are planning to go to gili islands.

For the start, there was an hour or more without electricity. Also, the bathroom seems weary.

The pool was exceptional. Very clean and the surrounds nd gardens well maintained.

cheapest rooms are dirty, run down, small; water was either too hot or too cold; the beach near the resort is not swimmable; too far away from senggigi; terrace is run down without chairs and tables; there’s no real view. Food is bland and overpriced. much better options can be found in the area. honestly I cannot understand the high ratings of this property.

the staff is very friendly and the resort has nice outside spaces and nice swimming pool. however it was ver disappointing for us as we’ve been given an awful room that didn’t match the one that was in the foto of booking.

the room didn’t match the one we saw on booking. it was smelly, not clean, spots on bed sheaths, without paint on the walls, big spider webs everywhere… very bad experience. we complained to the staff but they didn’t give us a different room, so I cannot give a good score for that.
