The resort is nice enough and has the facilities you would expect. We stayed in a pool villa and the room was huge and had easy access to the pool. Also located centrally in Senggigi if you need to access the town.

The resort feels like it peaked 20 years ago. Infrastructure is looking shabby and the rooms were worn out. We also arrived at 3pm and our villa wasn't ready. My daughter slept on a couch in the lobby while we sat around 30mins waiting for a solution. They finally moved us to another villa but the welcome experience was disappointing. Food was also pretty average across the resort.

The breakfast location for pool villa guests change without notice....on our first day of breakfast, it was at nearby breakfast corner at pool villa but for the second and third day of breakfast, we need to walk to Rinjani Restaurant for the breakfast although some of us utilised the buggy facilities...

breakfast had quite a poor selection, but we ended up cutting our stay short because Senggigi is not a great location for travel in Lombok anymore. it is a bit of a ghost town with only 1 cafe that looked good and not much else to do. The room itself was nice, however since merging with another hotel next door the grounds were huge and the ammenities were quite outdated and underused.
