Place is amazing,, clean and owners realy helpful. Before our arrival owner sent me all necessry data. Same he was waiting us and explaindd all about apartement and other useful info.

The place is great, clean and it has everything you need to have a great time. They even had towels for the bath and some other for the pool or beach, so you do not have to worry for taking yours and having a heavier luggage. They have many kitchen utensils and appliances, even instant coffee and coffee maker, so I just had to pick how you want your coffee. It also has hairdryer, iron and washing machine in case you need to wash your clothes. It has internet, netflix and a Alexa device. The pools are also super nice and clean, great water temperature. You can also have access to the Reef Hoyel pool club or its private beach. The place is inside Playacar which is a very nice private and secure area where you'll find restaurants, pharmacies, and small stores. However, what I liked the most was the hosts hospitality and care; they do care about their guests and made sure we got to the place without issues. They even had very nice touches like a welcoming note for us in a colorful chalk board. I do super recommend this place.

I liked everything

The apartment was beautifully arranged, very cozy and comfy, clean. It had all necessary equipment and more (fully eqipped kitchen, washinng mashine/dryer,..). The pool also was nice :)

We didn’t care much for the area - Playacar is a closed hotel area next to the city center. It is securely guarded but if you want to explore the city or public beaches you either need a car or some cash for taxis.

Highly recommended!!! Excellent experience! Great property, community and location! Best owners ever! They were very kind and helped us when we had problems and didn’t know how to solve it due to our lack of Spanish :) Thank you so much!
