Beautiful well kept flat with a great location

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and could have been a little better furnished....there were no plates Maybe and extra single sofa would help too My initial encounter with staff was not too great. The lady wasn't warm and helpful

Superb location astones throw from old town and close to restaurants and shopping

The bedrooms. Two beds on top of each other in one room and strange type of bed in the other which could slightly topple if lying down too near the edge. Also some kitchen roll/paper would have been useful and some type of cleaning product to wipe surfaces

Apartment is well located.

We booked for 6 but apartment can only fit 4!! After being provided a unairconditioned replacement unit for 2 guests for 1 night which was not acceptable we had a very nice hotel room for the second night. So after the major original mistake and poor initial response they did a good job for the second night of our stay. There was no soap and washing machine nearly broke through laundry door. Overall apartment was boxy and seems to have been just designed for short term stays.

The chairs and sofa, impossible to sit for more than half an hour, back still hurts

Big and spacious. Strong Wi-Fi. Great location. Playground across street. The owners informed us of free parking 10 minutes away. Numeric code key entry is convenient.

The facilities description is unclear about elevator. The elevator does not land on ground floor. One must climb 20 steps from entrance to reach the elevator. There is also an odd mechanical chair. Not good for elderly or disabled or bicycles.

I liked Girona and the location of the apartment, with a Tapas bar below

The cover of the toilet seat was broken in one bathroom. There was only one shower facility and therefore the apartment was not entirely suitable for 4 adults (The information on your website led us to believe there was a second fully equipped shower room). The second bedroom was not big enough for 2 adults when the second "camp bed" was pulled out from under the other "camp bed". Even though there was a coffee machine available with 4 coffee pods, there should really have been a coffee pot in the kitchen (we had to buy one and leave it behind). A full range of bowls for 4 people was not available. The lack of bowls and broken toilet seat was reported but nothing happened. Apart from week-ends and festivals, workmen started hammering below on ground floor renovations at 8.00 am. ( time to get up and out!) - a temporary glitch no doubt.
