Property was great, loved being on the beach (which was clean, semi-private, and awesome water!). Double beds in the bedroom were nice to sleep more kids and the kitchen was so nice to have! Easy drive to grocery store, boardwalk, and interstate to reach anywhere you want to go!

The condo was perfect for our needs. Very clean and great location. Right on the beach and included beach chairs and umbrella! Very easy check in process, great communication from the staff, would definitely book here again.

Walking distance to the beach, heated pools, a and quick drive to the broadwalk made for a nice vacation. Walking distance to a few restaurants, but a quick drive to many other restaurants in the broadwalk area.

The property was great, with everything we needed for the beach days. We look forward to returning again soon!

Great location condo was very clean. Everything was perfect.

The rental property was great very clean. We had a problem with the fridge not cooling but we sent a text and it was taken care of promptly.

Sink in the bathroom was clogged I messaged Sandra she said she would have done next day 5 days later was still clogged only disappointment

The condo was everything pictured and more. It was clean. Basic cable was on the tv and you can stream some of your favorite channels. The photos do not show it but the bedroom has a tv. The condo has basic kitchen items. (My suggestion, one large frying pan Is needed.) The unit has beach towels and chairs. Many people do not follow the rules for the elevators, but no grocery carts, luggage carts, and luggage in the main elevators. You must use the service elevator for these things. (Signs are posted.) If you want a seat at the pool, it starts to fill up quickly by 9. Be prepared that despite wristbands, the attendants at the pool will still question you. It wasn't aggressive, just a little strange since we have wristbands. The grocery stores (Publix and Winn Dixie) were a short drive (2 miles?). Also, 7-11 and Wal-Mart are within walking distance. The Boardwalk is a few miles away. South Beach about 15 miles. Only things a little confusing to me were the laundry card and finding reception. There is signage for reception but it is at the very end of the hall on the left. The laundry card machine to add money is in a hallway in the lobby. FYI-Lots of sargsssum on the beach and in the water at certain times of day, though it did not stop many people from enjoying the ocean.

Condo was accurately described. It is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The two chaise lounges and umbrella provided at the beach was a terrific perk, especially given the limited seating at the pools. Sondra was a pleasure to deal with. Overall we had a great time.

The price for the time we stayed at the condo was very reasonable. Having a full kitchen was really a benefit. We appreciated how easy it was to get to the beach and the use of the lounge chairs and umbrellas, at no cost. The owner and manager were prompt in answering when we had questions. The living room furniture and some of bed linens should be replaced. A stick vacuum would have been nice to keep the floors sand free. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the condo.

Here’s my honest review about our stay: Stayed at this condo for a full week (7days) as I travelled with my spouse and 3 small children. Let me start off my saying the property grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The building was very clean and our apartment was also, very clean and in good condition. Our apartment had everything needed to make our trip enjoyable however the only real issue I had with the apartment was the air conditioning unit which was very loud and at times woke me up in the middle of the night. It goes off and on several times throughout the night depending on the temperature set but as previously stated, it’s a bit loud/noisy and might wake you up out of your sleep. Other than that, we had no issues with the apartment and enjoyed it. Now the pool is a different story. For starters, the pool closes everyday at 7:30pm which is a bit too early I find. Most places I’ve stayed at in the past, the pool closed at 9-10pm but here, they close it up early at 7:30pm sharp. Now for the rules: you cannot play music by the pool at all. None. Not even on your phone/speakerphone as pool security guards will come right up to you to tell you to shut it off even if you turn the volume down to very low levels. Also, you cannot have any beverages by the pool regardless if you have it in a thermos, plastic cup or can as security will say something to you. You also cannot play catch inside the pool or any other activity that has a ball. Not even a light beach volleyball as you’ll be asked to leave the pool. I’ve seen a few folks arguing with the security guards about this. Lastly, the pool police as I like I like to call them, will walk around the pool and will ask folks to show their bracelets to indicate that they are staying on the property so be sure to have your bracelets on. I’ve also seen a few folks argue with the security guards about this as well. I understand that this is not a hotel but rather a condo-tel however, we just felt that there were too many rules that had to be followed while staying at this property. As previously stated, the property grounds are beautiful and the apartment was well-kept but I just wished that they would relax the rules a bit while poolside as it can be annoying at times. This doesn’t mean that we won’t return. We definitely will come back as our host was great and everything went as expected. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and we hope the rules are relaxed a bit when we return in the future.

The checkin prices was a little crazy. We got in late at night and paid for parking and tried to come In the back doors and were asked Where our bracelets were.. i said we were told to get them in the morning. It was midnight so they let us in. We got to the room and I ran down and got the bracelets. Then the next morning run to another office to get key fobs for the pool and ocean and building and give 20.00 in CASH for Parking decal. Luckily I had cash. Now that I ha e out this everything was amazing. Condo was perfect and proximity to the ocean was amazing. The kids loved going between the pool and the ocean! It was a wonderful trip!!!!!

Overall excellent experience. We had everything we needed. Great location and amenities. We were offered early check-in and late check-out which was absolutely great having a child in school online and a baby. Thank you. We will be definitely back.

Had to come for work and Sandra was accommodating and always available for any needs. Beautiful condo just like the pictures. Good central location. And the free beach chair rentals were a really nice extra that made the stay even better.

We really enjoyed our condo. We felt comfortable and safe for our entire trip. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils, the view from the balcony was wonderful. Just a great experience all around.

A great rental! Positives include strong communication with the property manager, kitchen had all supplies needed, two longs chairs + umbrella included on the beach. Things to work on...needs better pillows and better quality toilet paper and paper towel. Overall, will definitely rent from this owner again!!

Accommodations were good overall. Had a late flight out and had to use the Hilton across the road to store luggage for the day. No one could help us store luggage for 3 hours at the cond. Overall stay was good.

Great property. It’s a shame that the condo people make you use the loading dock doors to bring your luggage in, back by the dumpsters. Very nice owner although when WiFi was out and we reached out to her, we never got a reply back. Condo should not charge 18 yr olds $20 for a room key when the parents have one that they paid $20 for as well
