A superb hotel that exceeded all expectations. Everything made the stay special down to the smallest detail. We felt completely at home, from the excellent breakfast with the small cupcakes, to the soothing massage in the middle of the beautiful garden, to the large bungalows, to the clean and beautiful beach.

The beach was just Paradise, the staff especially Nguyen and Tran in the restaurant are great and so helpful. Everywhere was kept super clean and tidy again. People were lovely. I lost my purse, and it was handed in with all the money intact by one of the staff members. we felt super safe and looked after.

I felt that could have been more choice of snacks available as it is quite a remote area, and sometimes you just fancy a snack or an ice Lolly.

Sadly the staff didn’t speak much English. A few more little touches like giving g residents a small rolled up cold towel on the beach occasionally like some hotels do! The bath was so big it took forever to fill but a lovely touch!

Really enjoyed our stay at Green Bay hotel with it's pristine blue private beach. The Vietnamese food was simply delicious - very flavourful herbs and ample quantity. Perfect location for those who are looking for a secluded beach area with privacy.

The morning buffet options for continental food and Gio restaurant can be improved to cater to the taste of a global/international travellers. The non-Vietnamese dishes were average.

Staff were lacking in visibility and attendance. Pool and rooms always clean but at meals there weren't enough staff or at least they weren't attentive enough. Marking down for poor service. Also there really isn't a beach club. Couple of old kayaks.

I’m not much of a resort guy, but have to say Green Bay was exceptional. the quality of the fit out is amazing. We had a family bungalow, two very large rooms, two very large bathrooms, two outside private showers, three verandas. Beach is pristine, even down to the leaves being swept up each day. Pool overlooks the beach and is crystal clear. Staff are all happy and cannot do enough for you. Special shout out to Lam who my kids just adored. Was exactly what we needed after travelling Vietnam in far less luxury for the previous 3 weeks. Well done to the manager Mr Murphy.

We absolutely loved our stay and can’t think of anything the resort could have done to make it more enjoyable. The resort itself is beautiful and the gardening team keep it looking immaculate. We ate at both restaurants and the food was great. I saw some reviews before about being expensive but we didn’t mind paying this as it is definitely reflected in the quality. The swimming pools and beach are lovely and we enjoyed using the paddle board and snorkelling equipment on the beach. We stayed in the ocean pavilion with private pool and the accommodation was stunning. The resort is modern, uses WhatsApp to provide information and you can contact for anything you need. Plenty of choice for breakfast. We were taken to the airport and the car was really nice. Hopefully you can tell that we were super impressed and would recommend and go back again!

As mentioned above, there was nothing we could fault!

We felt like in the middle of tropical forest. There were so many unique plants, trees, animals and they are planting rice next to the main restaurant. Very pleasant to watch. Food was very good, breakfast superb, staff friendly and helpful, villas were spacious and clean.

The only thing I would fix is the smell coming out from our wardrobe. That's it.

Our bungalow with a private pool was the best part of our stay at the resort. There was almost no reason to leave the property.

It was a bit of a walk to reception, and a little bit of a drive to town.

The breakfast buffet was very good. The beach is well groomed and the whole area is very well taken care of. The units are well built with quality materials and workmanship not often seen in Asia. The lady server at dinner who was married last year and had a baby girl was super nice ( wish we remembered her name). The food was good but as stated on different reviews a bit pricey.

No sunset or sunrise with clear visability can be seen due to location. The location is a bit remote and taxis are a bit expensive. The way the beds are set up on the platform are not safety smart. For those who have to wake up in the middle of the night and half asleep or elderly may fall off forgetting the step down. My wife did just that and could have hurt herself more than she did. Due to COVID there still not so many tourist. The other restaurannt still closed. Should be noted on the resort website.

Everything. The hotel is so great. I will not reveal all the cards ;) From the very arrival we experienced only comfort and relaxation. Cozy streets of the bungalow, the bungalow itself is beautifully equipped, the outdoor shower is great, the shower stuff smells amazing (where do you guys buy them?), great food, comfortable and fast round trip transfer. Very close to WinWonders. The staff helped me with a special request even though it was not included in the hotel service.

Food prices are a little high. A green snake crawled right onto our veranda, but can the nature around us be considered a disadvantage? To be honest, I'm surprised at such a low occupancy of the hotel, it;s even a little insulting for this nice place.

Beach bungalow was excellent, the whole site has no traffic, which was fantastic after the Vietnam experience. Sea and pool were fabulous and so warm, the sea was really shallow and safe to swim in. The breakfast was very very good

There were gecko and ants in the room, but I guess we were on the beach. There was only one restaurant open, which was pricy, but very good food.

Green bay has the most beautiful beach among the 4 places I stayed during my 6-day trip in Phu Quoc. Its surrounding stays very "under developed" and natural. The air was very fresh and we truly enjoyed. Located in the north, convenient if you're going to the Starfish beach or Vinpeal/Vinwonder parks.

Since the environment stays natural, insects are unavoidable. It was fine in the day time but kind of something biting us in the night. Bathtub in the yard was totally useless because the water supply was incredibly weak, taking like forever to wait for it filling the bathtub. Finally we gave up waiting and it was quite disappointing as we intensionally booked here to experience the outdoor bathtub. Location wise, it takes 1.5km to reach out to the main road. Car/MotorBike are extremely necessary to rent or have unless you decided not to leave the resort during your stay. Overall, still hard to tell but a few things that we think this resort got some space to improve.

Secluded location. Ideal for couples & families enjoy privacy, chill atmosphere, private beach. All day dinner.

The resort is huge. Not much directions for the guests to explore the site. For our room, the sink wasn't drain properly. The ceiling fan could either be on full power or turn off. Some power sockets are dated, nothing would stick.

To be honest, this location provides one of the most breathtaking views from an infinity pool I´ve ever seen. Moreover, it´s a perfect place to really relax and slow down, very clean, very quiet, perfect for families with small children. Staff is friendly and helpful when asked for support and the breakfast buffet is opulent.

Although it should have been the busiest time during my stay the resort seemed to have already off-season, for this some service was simply not available without notice. That means if you are relaxed enough and want to speed up again you might perceive the remoteness of this location. Therefore don´t miss booking a motorbike in advance to occasionally leave the middle of nowhere.
