Spacious rooms with lovely views Lovely property in super location Generous breakfast, super-helpful staff

(Based on my three visits) gym lacks a/c — unacceptable when daily highs are hittong 92-93 degrees (33C). Also was unattended and messy. Room key is needed for lights and a/c, yet inable to issue us two keys upon arrival. (So preventing me from leaving room in a.m. while spouse sleeping.)

Dit is eigenlijk een hotel wat enkel voor volwassenen zou moeten zijn. De looks en de sfeer van het hotel wordt volledig teniet gedaan door de vele aanwezigheid van kinderen die er in grote getallen aanwezig zijn. Verder zijn ze naast het hotel aan het werken en aangezien we kamer aan deze zijde hadden hoorde je ook veel lawaai hiervan. Dit had ook vermeld mogen worden.

Globalement très bon hôtel dans lequel on se sent bien et dont les principaux atours sont l’emplacement parfait (en face du Palais Royal) et la très belle piscine située dans un jardin luxuriant et calme. Roof top bar très agréable et personnel de service souriant et gentil.

Le personnes niveau management est vraiment peu efficace et meme assez désagréable. Service de concierge nul voir inexistant. A part essayer de vous vendre des services payants et clés en main, ils ne connaissent rien. Des petits détails de finition pas dignes d'un vrai 5* et service en général pas au top. Chambres assez impersonnels bien que très propres et grandes.

it was an oasis tucked into a big city. the rooms were spacious , the breakfast was fantastic and the staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. the roof top bar overlooking the palace was breathtaking. it was the highlight of our stay in Cambodia.

Definitely, the staff. Our flight was delayed few hours and we arrived in the middle of night, being received by an unfriendly receptionist. He charged our card, answering that all expenses are included (the transportation from the airport), but 30 min later, at 3 am, he called our room telling that he actually forgot the charge the transportation!! in the middle of the night! the staff from breakfast restaurant was also inattentive!

Pool was very nice. Sky bar has an excellent view of the palace; was very windy so it could get a bit uncomfortable while you're eating around 8pm. Nice happy hour cocktails by the pool All staff was very nice & helpful. Front office staff helped to get some engineering tape to repair my main luggage: ripped from my transport from Kampot in a mini van

Nothing that we don't like. Just some improvements in some areas. We requested for a room with a view. Was given a room that was facing the roof & top floor of the restaurant. Our balcony overlook the breakfast spread. Some parts of the hotel areas looks tired & needed some refurbishment. We went for a couple's massage. My partner had a good & experience therapist whilst I did not. I needed my masseur to work on certain areas but I felt like she wasn't quite sure what she was doing. While settling our bill, we found out that my therapist was very new.

Location excellent. Facilities wonderful. Restaurant food was excellent.

Front desk staff, security, Tuk Tuk drivers were excellent and on par with the service level we’ve experienced so far in Cambodia. The Sky Bar view great but the poor service spoiled the moment. I brushed off as a one time incident. But also had to chase down a person to order at the pool since the pool bar was also understaffed. Then there was a mix up about paying the pool tab. We paid at the restaurant but front desk thought we didn’t pay. All was quickly sorted and luckily I had the receipt. It was all just a bit off and possibly due to new staff and still being short staffed. We stayed at cheaper hotels on this trip and the service was beyond excellent. I would have expected the same or better at this luxury hotel. Would I stay again? Maybe. Can’t beat the location and facilities. But I would shop around first based on the service received. Hopefully this experience is temporary as staffing gets back to normal after the pandemic.
