Location is perfect, inside the old town. The hotel is very new with very nice decoration and a cozy ambiance.

It is indicated that the hotel has a Gym. However, there are 3 old equipment inside a tiny room with no ventilation. This does not go with the level of the hotel. It is a pity! Also, hairdryer is very weak. A frigobar is missing in the room

Bathroom doors did not give privacy. it was a bit awkward given the size of the room.

The hotel is located at the intra-muros city center in front of a nice small park, very near from one of the beaches walking distance from everywhere. Rooms were ver comfy and clean. I liked the bed and the bathroom shower. From train station you can take busses 1 or 2 to Intra Muros entrance and walk 400 m. Taxis are not easily available. Need to book in advance.

The breakfast was all right but lacked of variety of breads, fruits and cereals for a 4 stars hotel. The biggest issue was that at 9h30 all was mostly gone and waitresses took too long to refill. I had to ask the 3 mornings I stayed to please bring more cheese and bread and the small glasses of fruit salad they serve. The gym is inexistant.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, especially the staff. I booked this hotel because my teenage children’s boat was cancelled so they had to stay in St Malo for the night and get the early boat the next morning. The following morning when I realised they were still asleep 45 minutes before the boat was due to leave, I called the hotel, the staff not only called the room to wake them up for me, they even drove them to the harbour to avoid the 15 minute walk. Talk about exceptional kindness. I would definitely recommend this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One ofthe most comfortable beds I've slept in. Good to have parking inside the city walls though €30 for one night's parking is astronomical.

Please note dogs aren't allowed in the dining room for breakfast, though they are allowed in for dinner. If I'd known this I wouldn't have booked. Overall the hotel is overpriced but clean and comfortable enough. Breakfast wasn't the best either, thigh it was also expensive. I won't stay here again.

Well located in the centre of the walled city. The staff were helpful and friendly. The evening meal and breakfast were very good but we felt that the evening meal was expensive.

We hadn’t realised that car parking had to be reserved and was not included in the room rate. This may have been evident in the hotel information when we booked but it should have been highlighted given that most guests will arrive by car. Fortunately they managed to find us a space. Inside the corridors were gloomy. The room layout was bizarre with the TV and storage unit being located away from the wall in an odd position which made it difficult to get from one side of the bed to the other without going behind the unit - where there was a chair in the way. The WC was separate from the bathroom but there was no washbasin in it to use immediately after using the toilet. Consequently doors to the WC and bathroom had to be opened before hands could be washed. Query if it is appropriate to have a frosted glass WC door. Also the washbasin in the bathroom was badly chipped.

nice location, parking was good and secured, the chap checking us in was so fantastic and helpful, could not do enough for us, we arrived late and he found us a restaurant to go to and very Good direction

rain shower was hopeless, and the lady on reception could have done with a bit more customer service focus, we ask her for storage of bags we had to store them ourselves and get them back out by our self, basically a lazy madam !

The hotel is incredibly simple, however everything is done well. The rooms are big, comfortable and modern. The service is incredibly friendly and warm and the hotel bar/restaurant does the trick. It’s a no thrills hotel, but you will find everything you need and be comfortable.

Although I would normally prefer to stay somewhere a little trendier or with more exciting interiors, this hotel lives up to exactly what it says on the tin. For this reason, I did not dislike anything.

We wanted to stay inside the walls and were not expecting such a modern property. Very chic. The outside area fronts a park and is very relaxing. Be sure to book parking if you have a car. It’s very convenient and necessary.

The location and hotel were great. It felt somewhat high class while being relatively normal in pricing. Would certainly stay agin if in town.

There was a tapping sound coming from just outside my window and I could not tell what it was or how to make it stop. It made it somewhat difficult to get to sleep. This may have been an anomaly though.

Excellent hotel, clean, comfy and in a great location. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Had 2 adjoining rooms as a family which worked well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a short stay in St Malo.
