House was modern and spacious, Lovely furniture and decor. Great parking and spacious garden.

There was no hand-wash in any of the 3 bathrooms, Giving we have just come out of a pandemic this is an essential item, Yes we all had handsinitser with us but this is a very basic item that should be supplied in the bathrooms. We were unable to get hot water upstairs therefor couldn't shower. Unless u wanted and ice cold bath/shower and to dry yourself with a hand towel, as there were no bath towels supplied. There was also nothing to wash our dishes with no dishwasher tablets or fairy. The little things that would of made this stay fantastic were missing which is such a shame as the house is lovely. Cleanliness could of been alot better. House didn't look like it had been hooverd on arrival. Bathrooms could do with a better clean as black mould around shower tray in ensuite.

the location appeared to be good.

when we arrived there was a terrible smell in the place and mould in the shower. It was so bad that we didn’t stay there. we emailed the company and have had no response.

The house was dirty, and there were none of the usual things. A used sponge and half a bottle of fairy. Not even dishwasher tablets. There were 5 of us and only 3 sachets of coffee? The bathrooms had no soap, shampoo or anything else. 1 towel each, and no towel for the floor or head. There were not enough cups for all!!!!

Nice spacious townhouse

We didn't receive instruction on how to collect the key (even after multiple messages being sent on Booking.com & no reply) so decide to drive to the unit at 5pm. No one was around but luckily the group who is renting the next door unit arrived & told us where to collect the key, We had to drive back into city center (10mins away) but took 20mins as there was no parking nearby the collection center. The guy said he didn't receive our messages & said most likely a glitch in the system No bath gel/soap/shampoo was provided in the unit. Heater was not working. There was a # on the log book to call but since it was not too cold, we didn't bother

Good location

Well firstly the house needed a good clean Bath was mucky ,mirror in bedroom broken no bulb in lampshade. Cooker needed a good clean. When we arrived no teaspoon or dessert spoon not very many pots and pans. Shower screen runners broken very dangerous. Windows mucky in and out. Wasn't happy so came home a day early then the date was showing available on the day I paid for. To collect the key was ridiculous had to go in centre of town to try and find the place when they is a key safe outside. Text the owner how do I get key twice before I arrived no reply. Will not be returning not happy

I think new cleaners are needed. There was pee on the toilet seat in the main bathroom, dust everywhere. the kitchen units needed a good clean just to name a few. It’s the only thing letting this house down. oh and the lamps in the bedrooms did not work.

The location of the property was perfect for our little family. Great size and all the facilities worked fine. Getting the keys was very easy Robert was very accommodating and pleasant.

The property wasn't cleaned to high standard, kitchen was still dirty and one of the pillow cases had a stain.

Excellent home away from home. Comfortable, warm, well equipped, childfriendly, great location, parking for 2 cars in the driveway, easy to find. Would definitely stay again.

Five of us staying but only space for four to sit at the kitchen table, we were there for one night so it didn't cause us an issue at all but might be a problem if we were staying longer. Please put a fold up chair in the cupboard for us for next time😁

This is a lovely little holiday home located not far from Raigmore Hospital. From the outside it looks lovely and to be fair its well decorated and the furniture is really nice.

This holiday home was absoloutley filthy when we arrived. As soon as we stepped foot inside you could see that the carpets were disgusting and absoloutley covered in black dog hair right throughout the accomodation. Into the kitchen and the first thing we noticed is that the drainer in the kitchen was covered in brown stains and there was dirt and more stains all over the sink area. The kitchen floor had lots of sticky marks on it and there was also something that resembled chocolate cereal all over the floor. The fridge and freezer still had food in it from previous guests half eaten chinese etc and the fridge was again in need of a clean. The grill pan in the cooker had burnt cheese all over it and was pretty disgusting. Upstairs the trend of dirt continues and even though the beds had been made for our arrival when pulling the sheets back there was more black hairs on the bed sheets. Again the carpets were filthy and the smell of dog was overwhelming. To be honest the bathrooms have been recently refurbished but again they are in need of a deep clean. The tiles in the toilets were dirty and had hair and pubic hair stuck to them. The bathroom has sealant on the edge of the bath which by the looks if it is to keep the shower screen in place and again this had black mould on it. Back downstairs and into the back garden and right at the back door along the back of the house there was atleast a hundred cigarette buts just strewn all over the place. To the side of the house there are wheelie bins again completely over flowing with empty beer bottles, vodka bottles and fizzy drink cans all over the place. There was rubbish all over the driveway which had probably blown from the bin area. In general this holiday home is in need of a good deep clean. It states that it had had an enhanced Covid 19 clean which is pretty hilarious considering it doesn't appear to have been cleaned in quite a while.

Central location with parking.

You are not in the house shown in picture. Downstairs toilet fan was extremely noisy. Huge rug with lumps in it in the living room making it very dangerous to let kids walk around in. This must have been a health and safety hazard as we couldn't relax incase they tripped over it. Dirty socks found at the side of the bed by kids along with a used plaster. Leggings found in a drawer and used water bottle. Carpets hadn't been hoovered and were grubby in multiple rooms. There was around 100 cigarette butt's outside the property on the path and around where the drive was. One of the bedside drawers had used tissues in it. There was bedside lamps with no bulbs and also no plugs to use them either. My 5 year old also put the TV on to find very inappropriate usernames which we were absolutely disgusted by. One of the mirrors looked like someone had burst spots onto them. Overall if you have kids I would avoid here as it was very disappointing, we had came here as a family getaway for the weekend and would never come back. Inverness was nice and it was a central location but everything else with the property from start to finish was a let down.

Nice size property. Well furnished but there were many issues on arrival.

Property was not clean. It had not been hoovered. There was a full bin in the en suite which had used sanitary towels still in it. Stains on bedding. Although the bedding had been chsnged there were visible stains which is unacceptable. 4 lamps in bedrooms had no bulbs in them. The grill and oven were in a shocking state and the food from previous guests was still present. Considering we were cooking a Christmas dinner and we were in the middle of a Pandemic, this was totally unacceptable. We have been promised a 2 night refund.

Nearby the ness river. Location is calm and peaceful

Address was bit confusing. Booking says flat as 11 but the actual flat was 11A. So we ended up trying to open the wrong apartment. Luckily no one shouted as us.
