Highly Recommend. Nice location. We had 3 couples that stayed during the Masters. Plenty of space for everyone. Master Suite has quite the shower. Only took me 5 minutes to figure out how to turn it on. :)

We enjoyed our stay very much. There were 4 different groups in and out during our stay and everyone was comfortable with the great bedding / bath arrangements. Sight issue getting TV’s working but owners we great in quickly arranging for proper service. Highly recommend this cottage rental.

The house was just what we expected! Beautifully decorated and very clean. Great place to relax. House on golf course, sat on porch enjoying the peaceful view.
We rented a pontoon boat at Wild Water, short 10 minute drive away. Boat was great, people very friendly . Fun being on the lake cruising looking at all the beautiful homes.

Beautiful new home located on a golf course. Bathrooms with each bedroom. Owner reached out when we arrived just to ask if all is OK and if we needed anything. Excellent communications!

The home was perfect! We were in town for Masters week and could not have asked for better accommodations or host. This property exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This was our first stay in this area and it is so peaceful and relaxing. You can see the lake from the house and it's only a 3-5 minute walk with a path going along the lake as well as boat docks where you can sit. Tennis courts are a 3 minute walk from the house. We rode bikes, walked, walked, walked and just enjoyed our family. Kathleen was very helpful with all of our questions and even booked my son and husband a tee time. The area is beautiful and the house is great!

We loved this location and well appointed vacation home. It had everything we needed to feel at home and more. The beds were super comfortable and the fireplace and master bath were special features. They had everything we needed and more. Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing visit! The accommodations exceeded our expectations! Just a lovely home! I loved all of the artwork and family pictures -- so homey! The house was very clean and well-appointed. Loved the shower in the master suite!! The Rodney Strong wine is one of our favorites! Thank you so much for everything!

It’s a very comfortable house and there are lots of golf/lake activities in the area. Very peaceful and quiet street and an excellent location close to shopping and golf, and lake activities.

A little slice of heaven
Great Waters Lake Oconee is a special place, beautiful and peaceful. We had a great time hostessing family and friends in this lovely, cozy cottage. We couldn't have more pleased and will definitely be back. Kathleen and Jeff were great hosts!!!

We stayed here for a wedding in the neighborhood. When not at the venue, it was nice to have a nearby cozy home to stay in with some of our friends. The owner is amazing at helping out any way she can and the house is beautiful!

Wonderful property in VERY convenient location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kathleen's property. We've been to the great waters area before and found it very accommodating for our young family. Its a 3 min walk to the little beach, the lake docks and the pool, not to mention the picturesque hole #9 out the back door. The house itself was very spacious and accomodated our family of 5 very well. It could easily house two families with the way it is setup. Very clean and tidy with charm. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and might be back again next year!

Kathleen, the owner, was just the best. She even reached out before our stay to make sure we had all the check in information. She again checked in during our stay. I can't say enough about how nice it was and all the amenities in the house. We cannot wait to come back!

From beginning to end our Family enjoyed the home , the Lake , The Golf and The restaurants. The owner is hands on take care of anything you need . Kathaleen is great . knowledge, responsive and accommodating. Five Star property, we will come back .

Everything was perfect and even better than expected!
Kathleen was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with, and upon arriving at the home we were thrilled with all the small thoughtful touches that made it a comfortable and enjoyable few days. Games for kids, beds as comfy as home, CLEAN, and all of the kitchen utensils/tools you could ever need. We’d gladly return anytime!!

A wonderful getaway
This home is better than the photos! It is beautiful, clean and comfortable. So nice to have comfortable seating in the den, even though we spent most of our time on the screen porch. The kitchen was very well stocked. The master suite is luxury! And for our girls weekend having 2 queen beds in both of the rooms upstairs was very nice. Kathleen was an exceptional host. She was easily accessible with questions and information. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Kathleen for sharing your sweet home!
