We booked a last minute 2 night stay at this rental. Rental price was very reasonable. Home was clean and had everything we needed. Linens, towels, soaps, dishes, pans, spices, fans, board games, private outdoor grill you name it! The grill propane tank was empty so we contacted the owner. His response was immediate. We were able to purchase a new full tank at a nearby location and the owner refunded us the price of the new tank. Owner was very informative and responsive throughout our stay. This was a hassle free rental. I would love to rent during peak skiing season.

Any vacation rental guests worst nightmare came true for us at this property. Our booking was for two nights at this property. After one night stay at the property, host threw all of our stuff. Host claims Vrbo sent them one night booking, Vrbo says host uses third party app which malfunctioned. Our Vrbo booking showed two night until last minute so you be the judge. Host has put this property on multiple platforms so I do suspect their management. Host assumed we are planning for late checkout (as we had requested) but didn’t think of calling us or Vrbo on day two on usual check out time. Also, Host did not call us or Vrbo on second day after throwing our stuff. When we came back after sight seeing at 6PM, we realized this and then host calls Vrbo. We were separating our stuff between three families at 30F on the streets. Hosts had no regret but rather laughed at us during phone conversation. Also, House is not as clean as picture shows. Stay away from this property.

Tenants live below and they smoke outside. It comes in the windows and the wall to wall carpet also adds to the stale cigarettes smell in the house. There are two sliding glass doors that lead to the wrap around deck that have signs saying you cannot use them as the “latches are broken”. So there is potential for a great fresh air vibe in the main room but unfortunately it smells like cigarettes instead. Add 90 degree simmer days to that and it was pretty gross to come home to after a long hot day of activity.

The property was perfect;y located, it was very clean and the owner was extremely accommodating and helpful. We will definitely stay there again!

Great location, plenty of room for guests. Host was very responsive throughout the weekend.

We had a fantastic stay. The owners were great with questions and directions. The house was welcoming, well stocked and clean. Loved it!
