the location of the apartment is great but be aware the great location comes with a lot of noise

we have never slept somewhere which such bad mattresses, with every movement you feel the springs. also unfortunately you hear a lot of noise from the street but our neighbors were also throwing a party 2 nights in a row and it kept going until 7 in the morning. besides that it was also not very clean.

all needed facilities were available as well as contact with reception anytime. super good location

Central quiet location, very easy retrieving the key and quick response from the staff when we contacted. Very clean with good amenities.

WiFi wasn't the best, we had to connect to the apartment next door.

The host and the cleaning maid were very helpful with early check in, because I was moving from another property nearby and didn't want to run the streets with my luggage. It's helpful, too, that they have more properties in the staircase, so it was easy to find the maid and agree with her for me to leave the luggage before she did the clean up. Nonetheless, big props to the owner/manager of the property telling me about this option. The location was perfect for me. I was constantly running between Oto Coffee Bar, Pierożek, the Opera House and other places in this quarter of town, so being able to change or shower and go out again in a quarter of an hour was a serious advantage. The bed was comfortable. Clean and easily accessible staircase. The kebab on the street downstairs was pretty good, as well ;).

Good location. Good value for money compared to bigger cities. Not too noisy outside. The apartment was fine and facilities good with good bed and large towels. A drying stand was also useful though hidden in a corner and that was very useful for wet towel and washed clothing. I would recommend such a place if asked.

The somewhat complex arrangement in entering the property! Firstly it wasn’t obvious that I could enter the property directly and find the keys in a lock box coz of confusing messages from owner! Also slightly confusing directions to get there! Plus the code to enter the building also slightly confusing but obviously I cracked the jargon It wasn’t at all clear which apartment I had to enter on the first floor but luckily a handyman cleaning up the place was around and although he spoke no English knew which property it was of three and how to open the lock box coz I gave him the code! My ARTHRITIS makes it very difficult to open such contraptions plus the light was very bad so couldn’t see the numbers anyway. After about an hour of trying to get into the building and the handyman giving me the keys was very relieved plus very lucky he was there! The bathroom and shower very tiny so not easy for a senior to move around.

Next to apartment door was black box with code where we can took keys, but no I with all my suitcases have go to other hotel in the other side “market square”. There is no information about where you have to leave keys. When you checking out you have to write message or call to administration and then you get code for black box where you can leave keys, is that logic?? In the bathroom: toilet was broken near the brackets, toilet paper holder was not attached in the wall, same situation with sink there was holder with loose screws, shower head holder was the same with loose screws. On windy days, the wind blew through the bottom of the main door. The door does not press against the frame completely, there is a gap at the bottom of the door from the outside. TRAGIC! Not recommend. we stayed at Lizzy apartments, apt.no 10

Amazing location, very clean, great staff, comfortable bed, great amenities.

Apartment was not 100% ready at check-in. The housekeeping was there, and was very friendly, we were able to leave our stuff there. Not a big deal, just a minor annoyance. Bad noise insulation (street noise is very loud at times)

The location in the old town, nice-clean apartment, everything that needed is available. I would stay again here

Excellent location in the heart of the center. And a good explanation by message how to enter the building. The appartment is neat and clean and there is a washing machine.

The bedrooms have obviously been renovated and were extremely comfortable and clean, fresh. Location was amazing.

The kitchen and bathroom however leave a lot to be desired. I know this was a budget last minute one night booking but the shower head literally fell on me and injured my foot due to the fact that the bathroom is badly in need of a Renovation. Check in process was difficult. We arrived around 7pm and I found it difficult to get the keys - from a porter who didn’t speak English. I also did not fully understand whether to give keys back there or somewhere else. Other apartments I’ve stayed in recently had safety boxes at the door so you literally get the keys there with codes and leave them there on checking out. This would be much simpler in my opinion.
