The size of the apartment was comfortable enough for 3 people. The kitchen was very well equipped. The staff was great, very helpful. The location was also very convenient, just a few metres away from piazza del Duomo.

This location was perfect for a short break in Como Town, with the train station and ferry terminal close by for sightseeing. Restaurants, bars and shops are on the doorstep. The apartment was very well furnished and maintained, and is in a quiet location. We took a train & bus journey back to Linate Airport and this worked very well. We had a perfect stay and extend our grateful thanks to our hosts.

The apartment is located right at the heart of Como, with all nice restaurants, bars, cafes, shops just around the corner. And at the same time it is really quite! The apartment is as seen in the pictures, with a very nice design/ style and every thing is very well thought-through so that the space is used as perfect as can be. The air conditioning in the upper room as well as netflix is a welcome plus. The bed upstairs is really comfy, downstairs is a couch made into a bed, but still comfortable enough. As the bed downstairs is right in the middle of the room and in front of the bathroom and kitchen corner, I would say the apartment is ideal for 2 people, but it also worked well for us as a family with 1 kid for a shorter stay. last not least: the hosts are extremely friendly (Mauro not only made early check-in possible and was very flexible, but together with Paola he was also super supportive, when my son lost his purse!). If we come to Como again we would definitely consider staying there again!

A second key would have been great, but that is really the only thing I can think of that could be optimized.

Central to everything in a quiet location in the old town. Very clean and good communication with the host. Would book again if staying in Como.

location of this property is PERFECT! Clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The bedroom upstairs was super cool (air conditioned) and cosy.

Could do with a/c in the main living downstairs area, however, we didn’t spend much time in the apartment and opened the windows of a morning so it didn’t really bother us too much. If you want to sit inside the apartment though it might be too hot! Would have been useful to know where to leave the key the night before, as we left at 10am (as per check out times)

Situated in a quite spot in the city center of Como you will find a careful arranged apartment. It is quite and very cosy. Bars, restaurants and coffee shops are just around the corner. A real great place for your stay in Como and for exploring the city, the magnificent views on the lake and for a stroll to the „Funicular“ which will take you up the hill and allow you a stunning view over lake Como

There is nothing to dislike regarding Casa Diaz! The apartment is in the heart of the center of Como which is a pedestrian area so do not expect to have a parking place in front of your holiday hideaway. Parking spaces are available but limited as in any city center.

The location is perfect! In the middle of the town centre. The appartement has a rustic feel, but facilities were modern and clean.

Everything was fine, but a designated table or bench to set out your suitecases would be nice.

Very warm welcome from host and suggestions for restaurants etc. Apartment felt light and spacious with recently updated features and nice decor.
