The property location was in a great location. The view was spectacular. The entire staff was fabulous. Friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Loved the hike down into town. It is a trek, but less than 10 minutes. Return trip back to property will help you work off your dinner

Wonderful views from various places in the villa, which is clean, spacious and whose staff are very hospitable. It is worth while walking up the steep hill to this fabulous villa!

This gem was on the cliff of Taormina. if you don’t mind walking down the stairs for about 10 -15 mins to downtown it’s a great spot with magnificent views. I wish a paid more for the bigger suite but overall great breakfast and staff was helpful.

stunning location overlooking mount etna. sunset there was unparalleled! the staff are so sweet and friendly. i was there to work remotely during the day and had excellent wifi connection and enjoyed snack bar for lunch. you should be fairly fit to get up and down steps to the town centre of Taormina and then it’s a 15 minute walk.

We've stayed here before and loved it but this time upgraded to a room with a balcony view - simply stunning. The property has high standards of cleanliness and presentation and staff can't do enough to help. Breakfast is substantial and includes a variety of dishes which change on a daily basis. Lots of steps to climb to the property (if you want to - there is a bus stop right outside which takes you up and down to Taormina for little over 1 euro) which reward you with a spectacular vista of Etna, the bay and the town below. We will be back!

Beautiful property and nice to be out of the centre of Taormina. Parking on site, although an additional charge of €10 a night, was very useful and one less thing to worry about. All staff very friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. Swimming pool and terrace simply stunning. We paid extra for a bigger balcony and view which was worth it if you can afford it. Lunch on site also a good option, freshly made and good portions - especially the wine.

No complimentary water provided in the room, which we found in every other property we stayed in in Sicily including the more basic ones. Also we were not allowed to have any water from the water dispenser in the snack bar once breakfast was over, seems a bit unnecessary when you are in a high end property.

Breathtaking views at this stunning property with a very helpful staff, especially the older man who runs breakfast! Room was large with a huge balcony for drying clothes and breakfast was sufficient. Parking lot was full, but we simply parked across the street for free. Much better staying up on the hill as opposed to city center- we will never forget the Taormina sunset we got to witness from up high :)

The shower had a gaping hole which made it unsightly. Additionally, it's definitely a trek down to city center, but the views are worth it if you can handle the steps during the hot/ humid days of summers in Sicily.

The view was superb from the property, and at times the staff were incredibly helpful. The staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was really tasty and varied. Got an upgrade to a bigger room which was nice.

This was not a cheap property, and it is a bit of a steep walk into town. Although we were upgraded, we were upgraded to a room where the door to the balcony was very difficult to open and the guy at check in said it would be fixed, it was not. The air con would intermittently turn itself off (it was exceptionally hot). We were only given one key and when I pleaded for a second given I'm pregnant and you need a key to get into the site itself and my husband and I would be going to bed at different times due to being in Sicily for a wedding, I was initially greeted with shrugs that they had run out of keys and my husband would just have to come back to me and if he chose to then go back out I'd be left in a room without the ability to turn the aircon on as he'd need the key to get back into the building (room electricity needed the key). They did finally give us a second key but it was painful. On the last night the property ran out of water and we were unable to drink, shower, wash our hands or flush the toilet. Again when all of this was reported to them again at check out they were very apathetic to this and said thanks for the feedback.

This is our second time here and as always it did not disappoint. The Staff ensure to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. The property itself is just like the photos, elegant and beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are very comfortable. We had a patio where we spent a lot of our time enjoying the view of Taormina. Walking into the center is not far however it is a bit of a walk as there are quite a few stairs that go down from the top so I highly suggest comfortable shoes. We loved our stay at Le Terazze and we will be returning hopefully next year. Thank you to all the lovely staff who made our stay memorable ❤️

The vue from our big private terrace was the most stunning I have had in a hotel ever. The room and the bathroom were spacious and ver comfortable. Very good breakfast!

The vue is fantastic but there is another side of the coin: it is rather far to walk to the city center and it is quite steep and hard when you walk back. But it is worth it!

The villa looks really nice, with a breathtaking view, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu is extensive with a lot of options to choose from. I liked that you could have had snacks and lunch at the location, near the pool.

The location itself. Even if it is pretty close to the city center ( if you know the short ways) is really inconvenient for walking up and down the hill// stairs several times per day.

The staff were really friendly, it was a chilled out vibe and I got the impression that the staff enjoyed working there, or that they were respected which I really like to see. The room was huge with a comfy bed and it was really clean. Loved the breakfast and the lunches I had most days

Nitpicking but I wish it had Netflix on the TV so we could watch something on a night in! The whole of Taormina would be a challenge if you aren’t able bodied.
