clean room near the ferry to Koh Samet
loud music near till 2am and also after 2am inside the hotel someone watch a movie very loud in the entrance

Staff helped us with lending us a hair dryer
It is a really good place to stay and a very good price

Good location if you are going to the pier. Small and cosy and friendly host.
The duvet didn’t have a cover - it seemed and smelled clean but made me think twice.

Nothing I like.
First bad impression, I should not to book this room, it's not guest house just room for rent. Smell bad, bad welcome. Feel not safe.........We're visit the room but we're not stay there, We prefer to find another hotel for stay..

Friendly, comfortable and absolute clean place.

The room was really great and clean and the accom was two mins walk from the pier to go to Koh Samet and opposite a great bar and delicious restaurant. The owners were super friendly.
It was a bit smoky in the communal area/entrance, but not too bad.

Everything you need. AC worked great, kettle and coffee in the room, very clean. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Ban Phe.
