we have been to Greece 🇬🇷 and we knew that they are great but this host was wonderful,if you want to book a house to chill after a crazy day this is your place.

We had a great time at the vila. We came with our 5 months old baby and the owner have us a crib and a stroller. This was very helpfull for us. The baby slept very well in the crib. Vasilis is a great host, he took care that everything was ok. The villa is very clean and you have everything you need.

What a great Villa! Top condition & cleanliness, all new facilities & equipments. Vasilis is a great host. Karya is a superb village that makes you leave the costline thus allows for great mountain views everyday. Will surely return given the chance. Top value!

For those looking for a swimming pool look elsewhere although there is a fabulous big Jacuzzi very privetly situated

I liked the comfy bed, it's a spacious villa which is perfect also for pets! Extra bonus the external jacuzzi!

Everything was perfect!

Karya Villas.... just beautiful, everything was more then we expected. Situated in a beautiful and quiet area, up the hill, the villas have their own parking just in front of the door, it is a two bedroom villa both equiped with air conditioning ( which we did not even use, because the temperature is just right downstairs, you might even need e cover or somthing in the midle of the night) and each with their private bathroom Upstairs is the kitchen, living room one more bathroom and the balcony, that has a nice view. They cleaning the house every 3 days, which is nice. The location is 3-4 min away from restaurants and shops, everything close. Vasilis.. even for the first time i send him a message he was so nice. He called us on the day of our arrival ,but i did not answer so he texted me and asked me if we need any help, but we did not,so we called him when we got close to the villa and showed us the way. He is calm and full of good energy, helping with good advice. In the villa a good bottle of wine,some sweets, fruits and some cold drinks were waiting for us, the jacuzzi pre heated, he showed us how to use it and wished us a nice holiday. He is the perfect host, i have never met anybody so nice and patience. We have been there for 11 nights with our small children and we felt just like home. Btw, my 3 years old daughter got a small juice or two almost every day he saw Vasilis outside, he was so nice to kids. Thank you my friend, happy we met you. I would recommend Karya Villas anytime to anyone. Just the perfect choice.

Everything was great and The host, Vassili is very helpful. Karya is a small, tradițional greek Mountain Village but în The evening becomes full of life. The house is very clean and The jacuzzi, in The evening, is amazing. P. S. On The Lefkada island, if you travel by car IT s better if you use Google Maps than Waze, including for reaching Karya Villas.

There are no words to describe how our accomodation was and how great and nice person Vasilis is. Everything was perfect!!!! Thank you again Vasilis! Until next time!

The Host, Vasilis, was one of the most warm people I have ever met. Every few days he came to us with little gifts like fruits, wine, biscuits. They clean the house and change the sheets every 2-3 days. The house has 2 bedrooms, each of them with a private bathroom. Another bathroom is up, in the living. There you have a big tv with Netflix and anything else you need and a comfortable couch. The kitchen has everything you possibly need. From the living you can go out on a cozy balcony. The bedrooms have an Exit to the terrace. There you have two tables and chairs where you can start your morning, sunbeds to stay in the sun, and an amazing jacuzzi where you can relax. The terrace has green area and is very intimate. All over, this accommodation has hotel conditions, but makes you feel like home P.S.: you will find some vintage furniture in the house that will give a Nice touch to the all over modern vibe. P.P.S.: it looks so much better in reality than what you see on booking I will come again in Lefkada just to stay here

Everything. The architecture, the view, the beds, the attention to hygiene, the village and its wonderful people - including of course Vasilis - thank you for welcoming us for a week! Most places of interest on the island can be reached in a 20-30 minutes drive. The road to the villas is a bit tight, but we had no issue at all with a fairly large sedan, and private parking is available on premises.
