Amazing view.
BEWARE!!! The road to the accomodation is not paved and is approx 1 km long full of SHARP ROCKS and you can easily get FLAT TIRE. It's not cheap to get your tires fixed, nearest car shop is in Lefkada city on the opposite side of island, delivery of tires takes up to 3 days - so you can easily get stuck in there and there is absolutely nothing to do.
Forest road to Egremni beach is full of human sh*t so you better take another accomodation in Athani village.
The furniture otuside of the accomodation is not maintain and is broken and unusuable. There's a lot of insects around, so if you mind bugs, bees, wasps you won't be able to sit outside (this could be improved with few things but seems the owner doesn't care at all).
Definitely NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

The house and garden could use a little more care. These are only small things, but they spoil the overall impression.

The house was great, it had everything we needed for our stay and is very beautiful with is wooden shutters and surrounding greenery.
The view is breathtaking really, and it is very calm on the balcony watching the sunset each night.
Konstantinos was very helpful and quick to react to any problems. The neighbors were friendly as well, but the houses are divided so we had our privacy. We had an amazing time here all in all.
The only problem we had was that we weren’t aware of the gravel road you have to take to the house, and we had problems leaving the property each day as there is a very steep incline by the houses.

The accommodation is located in a very quiet location, a short distance from Egremni beach and with an amazing view of the sea and the sunset. Walk to the beach directly from the accommodation. It is approximately 300 meters to the parking where you would otherwise have to park and pay the parking fee anyway.
The owner was great and communicative. Although there were problems with the bathroom at the beginning of our stay, the owner resolved everything to our satisfaction.
So you don't have to worry that the owner won't take care of you in any situation.
Nothing. But If I were to recommend any improvement, it would be to improve the driveway. It is difficult to get on the road with a regular car from the rental company. The driveway is unpaved.

Absolutely gorgeous location, amazing views and sunsets, plenty of outdoor space. You definitely need a car to get there and need to be mindful as the last 1.5km of road is a bit tricky.
The house is decent size and the best part is the terrace with gorgeous views of the sea.
All the basics you need are there, I would only add a coffee-machine, since there is none.

Breath-taking sea view, beautiful nature around the houses, very peaceful place. The house is cosy with simple but tasteful furnishing and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We like the big veranda, where we enjoyed the sunsets. One of the most famous beaches - Ergimne beach is on a walking distance although this beach is suitable mostly for people in good shape who love hiking. On a short distance by car is Vassiliki, where you can go windsurfing, and Athani - a small but charming village. I higly recommend this place for people who don`t like crowds and love nature as well for people who like to do sport activities as running, swimming, hiking and windsurfing.
The cleaning could be better organised as we had cleaning only once per two weeks. I would recommend mosquito nets for the windows.

We have spent 7 days at Anerada. The houses are cozy and made us feel like home (we're not big fans of the hotels in general) and the view at the sunset is amazing.
The place is really quiet with a wonderful garden with lounge chairs where you can drink your coffee in the morning.
We have found all we needed in the house, well equipped kitchen, the host is very nice (he came to find and take us to the houses because we were a little bit lost first time when we arrived there), ready to help you with any information.
The place is close to Porto Katsiki Beach (one of the most beautiful beaches on the island) and also close to a lot of tavernas where you can have dinner admiring the sunset.
If you love nature and the view of the sea, Anerada is definitely the best choice on Lefkada island.

The host Kostas was excellent, informative and attentive. The view and villa were perfect. The nearby beaches within an hour are excellent and all completely different.
It wasn’t really clear (from any website) that the nearest beach isn’t accessible due to an earthquake in 2015.
