Expected big living rooms & dining rooms. The bathrooms/ washrooms were clean!

Having only 2 keys for the 2 apartments, is a bit inconvenience for 20 pax, where we were friends, not a family member.
But this is a small issue.

Very nice and proactive host. Arranged drop-off to ferry and welcome us late the preceding night.
Value for Money isn't great... but the best option you can find in Mersing, i'm afraid

Good location near harbour of Mersing for ferry to the islands. Right in the middle of the city centre. Very friendly host.
It’s not much more then a bunch of beds. There’s nothing to store your luggage or anything else. It does not feel homely at all and misses basic equipment such as knives. There’s no airco in the kitchen area. Dishes were dirty upon arrival. Overall it was not very clean. Toilet got clogged twice in one day. Furniture is broken. The shower is right next to the toilet without curtain or drain so toilet area is completely wet.

the owners are lovely and very attentive and will help you out throughout the booking, check-in and the rest. the house is spacious with a big common space and it’s clean and tidy.

I like the room space, very suitable for family transit trip before travelling to island.
Less available parking slot in front of the house in day light, must wait until night to get the perfect parking spot

Mandy and Eric were friendly and very helpful. The place was spacious with fans and air con. The place had a kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms with all necessities. Mandy was lovely and took us to the mersing jetty point the next day and helped us with our tickets.
We didn't use the kitchen and recommend the satays behind the building.
We loved this place and thought the beds were fine, however the pillows weren't comfortable being foam pillows.
