The Heater doesn’t work properly. The top of plug was open which is not safety.

location is nice but that’s all

the stuff threw my stuff out on the check out date even though I sent them a message that I was stuck on my hike and I would need an extra hour to check out and when I came my stuff was just scattered around the terrace of another bungalow which was empty, so they didn’t have full occupancy to do so. I actually wanted to stay longer and told the staff about my intention, but that’s how they treat people…

Great location. Rainbow is part of the same family as Bushman. I spent most of my time there. They are lovely people and very helpful.

Sadly, I was badly bitten by BED BUGS (Cimex lectularius) over the 3 nights I stayed there. Mr Sham, do something about this please. Buy new mattresses. I am a doctor and the cause of my multiple, large, red welts was not sandflies, which had been suggested by family members.

1.great location. 2. friendly & helpful host. 3.overall, facility is not bad. can sleep comfortably . the room design is cute. can relax at the verandah and hang clothes. toilet is clean 4.aircond & water heater functioning well

1. only one plug in the room.it would be better if plug extension provided 2. small leakage sighted in the room during rain 3. low water pressure in the bathroom.

location, price, attentive owner

reception doesn’t work as nobody there. had to keep messaging the owner via phone to ask about stuff about the room, activities booking etc. while at the same time struggling with the lack of phone and wifi connection. it is just the repeatitive delay, which made me had to wait before doing my next move i.e. walk along the beach and asking the shops nearby about activities etc. nonetheless, the owner were attentive and helpful enough despite the delay.TQ so much. the cafe was also closed. not sure since when. would be nice if it is opened, a place to hang out… instead of going nearby Bushmen’s cafe, or walking further up somewhere.

The chalet was right on the beach. Not many units - quiet and peaceful. The beach is beautiful. Rainbow serves good food for dinner.

The heater didn't work well. We did not need it but someone else might. Please check and ensure its ok.

great location, we wanted to be closer to the turtle project but it was all booked up. this is a super relaxed chalet right on the beach, very friendly owners. clean, with fan and aircon.

Absolutely the best thing about this place is the location!! Located right on quiet and beautiful, almost like a private beach. The apartment had everything what we expected and needed.

1) All the room is in front the beach 2) Clean and breezing view 3) Cheap food 4) Staff very friendly and willing to guide you for tourism 5) Very good for relaxing

1)The room always has sand flew from beach. 2) Low internet connection when inside room.

Location is amazing, right on the beach. Beautiful sea views. Got a lift from Tekek with the owner, he was lovely.
