Too expensive, more that I thought it will cost. The week before my arrival, suddenly I was requested to pay more 160 euro (for my kids) in addition of the price that I booked the appartment at Booking.com, it doesn't matter that the appartment was for up to 5 people. I had not other choice but to pay.

Great location for ones who's travelling by car. Very nice hosts, always ready to help and answer all your questions. The apartment looks exactly as shown on pictures and you have everything you need in the apartment.

Acoustic isolation is not so good so you hear every move of your neighbours, especially in the main bed room. We were forced to wake up at 7am every day, because of the neighbours. Something to consider for someone who's looking for absolute quietness.

The host, location, appartment, airco, parking, kitchen, it was all above expectation.

it felt like a host wanted to overcharge us for everything. we didn’t really enjoy our time cause she kept texting us everyday

Owners were nice and caring. Contacted several times before arrival and set things up to meet the needs. For this I would give them 11 out of 10. Open air Parking space was convenient. House was clean. Dish washer including tablets, washing machine, tea/coffee machine were all there.

TV has almost nothing to watch for non-Italian & kids. It might be the lifestyle of Como itself because I noticed old time outdoor antenna on many houses. No kitchen towels or clothes to hold warm items. The eggs get stuck in fry pan as the teflon/black layer is not fine anymore. Few more new kitchen utensils would be good.

There was really nothing we needed more. All that one needs was present, clean and everything. On top of that, the host was just perfect. Very friendly and helpfull.
