Cerca a Zapatoca, la vista, las instalaciones. La cama grande y cómoda

Varias veces se fue el agua (entendemos que en el pueblo hay escasez por el verano pero por ser un hotel y por cobrar lo que cobran, deben garantizar el buen servicio del agua), la cerradura de la puerta no tenía candado y no pudieron solucionarnos este problema. Pedimos que activaran el jacuzzi a las 11am y nos respondieron que lo encendían a las 4pm y que era una “cortesía”. No nos permitieron llegar antes de la hora del checkin(no pudimos entrar antes de las 3pm).

LA TEMPERATURA DEL AGUA EN LAS DUCHAS,ES MUY FRIA Y TIENEN UN CALENTADOR SOLAR QUE TIENE MUY BAJISIMA CAPACIDAD,POR EL PRECIO QUE SE PAGA DEBEN SUMINISTRAR AGUA CALIENTE PERMANENTE,VIAJAMOS CON NIÑOS Y FUE UNA EXPERIENCIA DESAGRADABLE EL IR A LA DUCHA..Una cosa es el compromiso ecologico y otra el CONFORT POR EL QUE SE ESTA PAGANDO,NO VOLVERE A ESE LUGAR HASTA QUE NO GARANTICEN AGUA CALIENTE PERMANENTE

Espacio de naturaleza con Mucha tranquilidad para relajarse literalmente, el restaurante con muy excelente servicio y sabor

We stayed in their new building and it was beautiful. They rooms are large Modern and clean. They views were amazing as they look over Zapatoca.

The staff was very friendly and generally helpful. The wait staff went out of their way to help us out once we had arrived. They even tolerated my horrible spanish. The pool was beautiful. The massage was very very good. If you are there, take the time to go visit Zapatoca. It's a very cute town.

I should preface my review by saying that when I booked the room, I really didn't understand what i was getting into. I just wanted a nice remote cabin and facilities where my girlfriend and I could unwind. I did not expect a 60s style hippie compound. The cabins were tiny and kinda gross. The bed was very uncomfortable, and I refused to use the toilet in the cabin because of the horrible infestation of ants. The shower was only hot about 30% of the time. Mostly we showered outside with cold water. The construction felt shoddy. I had to learn where I did not dare to step because some of the floorboards felt like if I put too much weight on them I would break through them. I dont believe healthily food has to be bland, but mostly, I found their food to be bland. Finally, we only booked after being assured they could help us arrange transportation to and from Giron. That turned out to be completely false. I believe they gave us 3 different numbers to try and none of the people we contacted could help us. Ultimately we had to scramble to arrange our own transportation the day we were supposed to check in because none of the options the resort provided were willing or able to help us out.
