everything

The apartment was well equipped, hosts very accommodating and proximity to the Ferry terminal (I arrived from Corfu) is in walking distance. The sundeck and view across to Corfu is marvellous, the owning family owns an integrated restaurant and there is direct access to the beach. I visited during off-season in mid November when quiet and still warm during daytime. I can imagine Sarande will be very busy during summer months.

Fascinating sea view from a spacious room with a private terrace elevated over the beach. Helpful hosts. The house is well equipped for a long-stay.

Beautiful setting, with your own private lounge chairs to enjoy the sea. The sunset is spectacular. The hosts are so lovely and do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable.

The walls are not well insulated so bring your earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

so far the best accomodation in Albania we found. Best price quality ratio. we had a massive 60 M2 clean bedroom with a terrasse and view on the sea. The inside is well decorated, conforable and with Air conditioning. The place is quiet and the staff very friendly and reactive. they help us to park the car and carry our luggage. The breakfast included is great with different options. we enjoyed on the beach which is 10m in front of the room. They also have a restaurant,which is good and convenient. Honestlly we haven’t found anything bad to mention about this place.

Hard to find

This property is beach front in a good spot for swim. The design of property is something special. You will feel to stay in old time but with all extramly modern and update. Also we could enjoy the beach for free

The location was very good and also the view from room - directly to the sea. The beach was really near and everything was ok. Room was pretty clean and everything was good in accommodation. You can also park few steps from the room.

If you want to enjoy some meal, downstairs from the accommodation is restaurant. But, the service is really really slow. The meal is good, but you will wait for example just for caprese salad more than 25 minutes. Here, is the space for improvement.

Spacious room with an amazing sea view and private terrace. Having breakfast with this amazing view on Corfu exceeded all our expectations. The host is friendly and the car can be parked in front of the room. The location is great, feeling a bit more quite and peacefully compared to the main strip.

There was a misunderstanding about the payment. Whole Booking showed that my creditcard was charged, the host told us that the Booking payment is not working properly and we had to pay cash.

The location is great by the little bay, though hard to find due to ongoing construction works around. The three suites are very special, big ancient type of spaces built of stone and wood. There is a common wide open terrace area in front of them and further down the pebble stone beach and translucent turquoise sea.

The traditional breakfast was served to the suite which was great service. But it could be more diverse with fruit, mysli, fresh juice, coffee, tea etc. The water in shower took a while to warm up, and the bathrooms were chilly overall in other accommodations too. Perhaps this doesn´t matter during the hot, high season.

It is a beachfront property so it's nice to hang around the property in good weather.

The bed sheets and blankets did not seem clean. The room did not seem comfortable. It seemed like it was not properly maintained, maybe coz it was the beginning of the off season. There was a small window in the bedroom with no curtain. The bathroom wasn't clean. Overall disappointing room and does not match up to the rating it had on booking.com at the time.

This place was fabulous. Starting from a location and place itself. I'm definietley gonna recommend it to everyone. We had a wonderful time for a rest and relax.

You can hear the neighbors well. A kettle would be nice, although otherwise very well equipped place

Suites not rooms, great suite setup, Staff was perfect, clean and comfy, near to facilities as supermarkets, a 12 mins walk to the Saranda Marina (city center), the recommended perfect places to go at reasonable prices, they offer everything at reasonable prices too (as private trips with private car), special thanks to Enis, his father and all the great family.

Breakfast was normal and had not much variety still it was perfect and in quality. No wall sound proof so you could listen people and people could listen too in besides suites, but the made rules that after 12am daily, sound should be reduced
