Everything was as advertised. Clean, comfortable, working A/C for those warm summer temperatures, excellent location beachfront. Restaurants and beach right across the hotel, ferry port to Greece 5 minutes walking distance. Staff polite and helpful. Room daily cleaning. Very nice seaview from balcony also from top roof where they serve good breakfast. We loved our stay in this hotel, great price offer .

Wi-Fi a little bit slow

Posizione strategica sul boulevard fronte mare e vicino ad altre spiaggie rinomate, colazione in terrazza attico con vista mare spettacolare, camere spaziose e costantemente pulite con balcone. La spiaggia con ghiaia è di fronte all'Hotel è libera, a richiesta viene fornito ombrellone gratuitamente. Il parcheggio fondamentale viene fornito dall' Hotel a 5 euro al giorno lo consiglio vivamente se avete intenzioni di spostarvi spesso. Buona vacanza

Сјајна локација, веома чист апартман. Сваки дан вам мијењају постењину и пешкире и поспреме. Добар доручак. Једино је купатило поприлично мало.

Clean in an excellent location with beautiful views of the promenade and sea. There’s a supermarket a couple of doors down and the beach is a couple of minutes walk across the road. Another bigger supermarket is 5 mins walk away. The location is excellent, near restaurants and bars and less than 10mins walk to the Sarande Ferry Port. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Room had AC.

It could do with some TLC. Some broken / unstable bits of furniture in the room. The shower needs fixing but was fine after figuring out the knack so the water doesn’t go out of the shower. I would’ve liked more vegan options for breakfast other than bread, jam, tomatoes and cucumber. Some soya milk would be great.

The rooms were very clean there was a hairdryer and they provided room cleaning and fresh towels everyday. The breakfast was very nice as well there was a good selection of food. Had some lovely sea views it's right on the beach too close to everything great hotel lovely staff

I really appreciated the staff, everyone was kind and friendly. The location is perfect very central but quiet to relax in.

The air conditioning wasn't very strong so our room was very hot especially when trying to sleep.

The staff was really nice, very good food, nice location and view of the sea, i would give it a 9/10, but....

We found ants everyday in the room, at night in bed, it looked like they were coming from the balcony or hallway.
