Struttura in posizione ottimale per ubud , vicino si trovano ristoranti negozi ecc. La mattina ci pensavano le scimmie a svegliarti in quanto sei nel bel mezzo della monkey forest ma era davvero carino . Un ringraziamento speciale a tutti i ragazzi in reception, tutti molto professionali e gentili sempre pronti ad aiutarti e consigliarti … dei veri e propri house managers. Vi ringrazio di cuore.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable, belle piscine, personnel très accueillant et très gentil. L’hôtel est bien placée, proche du centre d’Ubud, environ 10min à pied et à 2min à pied de la Monkey Forest

Quelques fois nous pouvions avoir une petite odeur d’humidité dans la salle de bain mais rien de gênant

Hôtel bien situé dans Ubud, monkey forest à 5 min à pieds. Bars, restaurants, spas tout autour. Personnel accueillant et disponible. Piscine agréable, peu ensoleilée l'apres midi (soleil d'Octobre). Chambre spacieuse et propre. Calme par rapport au trafic de la rue car chambre en retrait, sur l'arrière. Idéal pour 3-4 nuits

Le cadre est très beau, l’établissement est très bien situé. Il y a des restaurants et bars à la sortie de l’hôtel, la forêt des singes n’est qu’à quelques minutes à pied.

J’avais réservé pour 2 chambres premiums et les deux n’avaient rien à voir l’une avec l’autre. Une était côté piscine avec terrace privée, intérieure et équipement en très bon état, l’autre était à l’étage, côté rue donc bruyante la nuit, salle de bain vieillotte avec forte odeur d’humidité. Il y avait soit disant une terrace privée selon la description de la chambre. En effet il y avait bien une terrace mais pas privée car pour accéder à la chambre d’à côté les clients auraient dû obligatoirement y passer. Il y avait juste une feuille de papier collé sur la porte pour signaler que c’était le balcon de ma chambre… Bref description mensongère pour moi. Je me suis plaint à la réception qui n’a rien voulu entendre et ont fait clairement mine d’être désolé.

Staff are really lovely at this hotel and will help out with any request. Pool was really nice too. Monkeys visited our balcony every morning which was a nice way to start the day.

The room we were in was old and in need of an upgrade, it was also near the main road which is very noisy with traffic, clubs and restaurants. If you want quiet, request a room towards the back of the hotel, on a lower floor.

Location is on a busy street near Ubud attractions ie monkey forest The staff at the front desk were always available and friendly. Pool was a good size.

Location was on a very busy street and extremely loud at night making it difficult to sleep. If you want to experience living amongst rice fields or the forest go elsewhere. Room was very dated. The shower head could only be positioned to spray across to the other side of the bathroom so had to be held when used making showering quite a difficult task. The bath was dirty and grime could be seen all over it. The beds weren’t overly comfortable, the linen sheets were great but the mattresses were old and worn. The room I was in was massive but so much unnecessary space for 2 people. Half the space was a lounge that had very uncomfortable couches and an old sink that no one used as the water ran brown. Housekeeping involved just making the bed and on the odd occasion rubbish was emptied. They didn’t do the housekeeping until at least 4pm in the day for our room which was inconvenient. Towels weren’t replaced unless you went and asked for it. The towels were all very old and stunk. The pool lost the sun by 3pm and some of the deck chairs were broken.

everything : location, environment, vibes, spa service, but above all the very kind staff and the local guides they provide for one-day tours. we had the chance to spend one day with Kadek and many days with the exceptional Sabda. I wish you to spend time with them. the one-day tours proposed by Sehati include best spots around Ubud. they are very affordable.

The staff are very attentive, the location is excellent, 200m from the local Supermarket. The pool is very refreshing, possibly the coldest I have swam in in Bali.

The room had a musty smell when we arrived, possibly from the aircon, however this smell went away once we aired the room out for a while.

everything was perfect. really good price. clean and tidy. the bedroom was big so that was perfect when you Shaw the bedroom with someone else.

The water had been broken for 24 hours prior to our check in which the staff didn’t let us know so we then went swimming and were unable to shower after for multiple hours until the water came on.

the hotel looks good for the first look, and central location is convenient to get everything you need in Ubud. The staff are great and extremely friendly!

it’s pretty old, I didn’t like clearing at all - everything was a little bit dirty, there is a smell of dampness in the room. And once I saw a big cockroach! also a problem was a proximity to Monkey forest - every morning they literally attract the hotel, so you can neither have a breakfast on the terrace no swim in the pool

Great location by the monkey forest and some amazing food options! The in-house massage was excellent. Some people may not like monkeys but some of them ended up on the balcony across from us one morning and it was a cool experience to wake up to! Nice, quiet pool with towels. Kind and responsive staff—they have great WhatsApp communication as well so it was always easy to reach out to them! Would definitely pick this place again.

The room smells a bit like cat pee unless you keep the toilet seat closed and the bathroom door closed. Other reviews mentioned that the bathroom can be outdated but it's not a problem for us.

The duvet was heavily stained and needed replacing
