We rented 404 Dockside -husband,wife son, daughter in law and 2 granddaughters 7 & 4 1/2 for 2 weeks. We had a fabulous time the condo was clean and decorated beautifully. The location was within walking distance to the beach, and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

We are a family of 6 and enjoyed our stay. There are 4 beds so a couple kids had to share one or they could have used the couch. The pool was very nice and the view of the dock and water was nice. The private patio in the back was also very nice. The walk to the beach was not too far and, although there are rented chairs/umbrellas at the beach, we were able to find a spot to put up our umbrella every day in front. It was great that there were chairs and umbrella provided. The property management company was great with communication and addressing any questions or concerns. This was a very nice place and we would stay there again.

Amazing location and the parking is free with two spots. Everything is in walking distance. Highly recommended this place.

Loved this condo it was perfect for me and my kids beautiful view of the bay and view of the ocean from the bedroom balcony. Short walk to the beach plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The condo is equipped with everything you need can’t wait to come back.

This was a wonderful vacation! The room was set up just as described!! 3 bedroom, 2 bath a wonderful balcony to watch the sunset and a beautiful peaceful waterview for the morning coffee! Had a coupke amall things, called and aomwone return my call wothin a few minutes - very prompt service!!! Pool was great, short walk to beach! Only neg was to elevator is pretty slow - but not a deal breaker! Would love to return!!!

What a great 3 bedroom condo for the price of our stay! Everything was clean and live-in ready. They had everything, down to a portable fan for each of the bedrooms. The pots and pans- I need to get me a set! The elevators were a little wonky, but the stairs work just as well if you're capable. There were two times we waited for about 5 mins and then just used the stairs. The unit has a fantastic view of the dock side and we got to see dolphins close up. A short 10 minute walk landed us right on the beach and we were within walking distance of several shops and restaurants. It's about a 15 minute walk to get to Pier 61. If we go back, we will definitely scope this place back out!

We would definitely stay here again. Got to watch dolphins from the deck area. Very clean. Only thing is there is no dishcloths or dishtowels. Also the pool chairs are the most uncomfortable chair I have sat in. Assuming this isnt the responsibility of the owner of codo.

We stayed for 7 days & loved it! The location was great walking distance to the beach, restaurants, & mini golfing for our family. Publix was only a 1.5 mile drive so it made filling our house that much easier. And the sunrise view is the bay & the ocean view was great!

Perfect location with views of Clearwater Beach and the intercostal from two balconies. Spacious, bright and clean unit with everything we needed at a reasonable price. Easy parking onsite and everything within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was good. The elevator was a nightmare! Daily problems with it either not working at all or getting stuck inside. Quite a few outlets were not working. Other than those 2 things we had no problems at all. We got in early and that wasn’t a problem. I would definitely stay again!

This property was great! Perfect location walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants. It was very clean and comfy. The full kitchen included everything which was nice! Keyless entry was nice so everyone just had the code. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location you don’t need to drive anywhere everything is on walking distance.

Plenty of space for family of 5 ( 3 boys over 19). Walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Quiter less congested beaches short drive. Fun fishing off the dock. Would stay again!

Everything that we expected and the online listing was exact. 5 minute walk to many restaurants and the beach.

This unit is located in a great area of CWB and within walking distance of most of the island’s attractions. Check in was very easy I really love the digital keypad so then every person staying can come and go without worrying about keys. We arrived a little after 5 PM and the cleaning crew was still there. I’m not sure if we rushed them but there was a heavy layer of dust on all the dressers and our socks turned black from the floor from dust. We found a vacuum in one of the closets so we did a little cleaning after they left. We did not call the mgmt company as it wasn’t a huge deal to us. We did have to call them because we had a 5 cup coffee pot and we had seven people staying in a three bedroom unit. They brought another coffee pot out right away and were very responsive. The layout of the condo we found to be great , the bathrooms are not in any of the bedrooms so you don’t feel like there’s one major master BR. When you’re traveling with friends it never feels fair to have one couple have a giant bedroom with a bathroom and everyone else gets smaller accommodations. All the beds were comfortable and the linens were clean and fresh. Plenty of seating available for all in the living room. Tons of cabinet space! Both balconies had very nice views and we enjoyed sitting on them having our coffee. After we left my son left his jacket and the mgmt company went out of their way to retrieve it for me. I can’t thank them enough! We would stay here again for sure. It met all of our needs with plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely rent from this company again and we look forward to our next vacation in Clearwater

The property was in an excellent location, walking distance to the beach and many local restaurants. The views were amazing for sunrise and sunset. Slight issue with dirty underwear being left in one of the bureau, but we didn't let that ruin our week!

We have stayed in this building, under different ownership, several times over the years. We actually rented two side-by-side condos for this stay. In comparison to every single condo around it, including the one next door which we also were renting-- all the same price range to rent, this place is terrible. The furniture is crammed in like a dorm room. None of it matches, none of it's nice, and the couch cushion smelled like pee. The pull out sofa hadn't had the sheets changed in so long that rust from the foot bar had stained it. There was sand EVERYWHERE when we arrived: in the beds, all over the stove and countertops, all over the floor. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets and the coffee pot was so gross that we didn't even use it. The general condition of the place was poor. We actually asked to be switched because we were so disappointed but they didn't have any other units available. We definitely will not stay in this particular unit again.

Perfect location condo very nice furniture can use some updating

I’ve stayed at this condo in the past. It had much nicer living room furniture then. Furniture now did not work well in the living space, unless you are just trying to find more places to sleep. I’m not sure our sheets were washed, they had a sour odor to them. So we washed them. There was also a musty smell that seemed to be coming from under the kitchen sink. Not saying I wouldn’t rent this again, but it does have a few issues that could easily be taken care of with some maintenance.

The property was in a perfect location, loved being able to watch the Sun Rise on the porch. Balcony facing the beach was a nice addition. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It was enough room and a great place for my family trip. Loved that we had a pool and a washer and dryer. It was nice seeing a maintenance man on ground keeping the ground tidy. Easy check in and check out. The only recommendation I have is to replace the twin bed mattresses, they were not comfy and sounded like trash bags, each time someone rolled over. The one felt like someone just sat on the side/edge of the bed and caused an indent. But overall it was a nice trip and we all would stay there again.

Condo was nice and loved the location. Floors were dirty but other than that very satisfied.

The condo was in a convenient area and near a lot of stores, restaurants, and the beach. However, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of 404. The fridge, cabinets, countertops, baseboards (tons of dirty, and looked like they hadn’t been touched in years) bathroom, floors, actually entire house was not clean at all. Sand was still in the floor, hand prints and food all over the fridge handle and countertops, bedroom doors looked like someone had kicked them hard because there were foot prints everywhere, bathroom showers dirty, and every single towel appeared to be washed BUT we’re all wet and folded. I had to rewash all our towels. I completely understand we were at a beach and sand is possible but there were piles of it under beds, couches etc. This condo needs updating in a lot of ways. New silverware (plastic handles on silverware were burnt), new furniture (couch broken) updated TVs, clean rungs in both bathrooms, dust pan, vacuum, and decor. I was very impressed with the amount of pots/pans, glasses, cooking utensils, and beach chairs available. I honestly hate complaining but when you pay to stay somewhere for entire week you would like it to be clean and comfortable.

location was perfect. A little disappointed in the interior of the condo. Furniture was worn and broken. Dryer did not dry well talk 3 cycles to dry clothes. Bedrooms were very hot had to use floor fans. Very poor lighting. Overall cleanliness would give a "C" at best. Towels and bedding provided however. Many of the towels smelled like mold and were very worn. Good place to stay to be in the middle of the beach life. But if you are very critical cleanliness than this is not the place for you.

Even with hurricane Elsa we had the best time . I plan on coming back.

Yearly trip to Clearwater to visit family and enjoy time in a beautiful environment.

Our overall experience was nice however there were many little details that needed some attention. The kitchen is equipped with only the bare essentials. Giving a little attention to some small details would make a big difference to guests. Garbage bags, beach towels, starter soaps.

Me and my family enjoyed every bit of the stay ❤️
